We celebrated Miss Aleya’s birthday today and overall it was a fantastic experience. All the kids had a fantastic time exploring with so much to discover and do within the space. Staff were so friendly and helpful the food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed. Everything was really well organised — the team had the room set up perfectly and even let us drop off our things beforehand, which was super convenient. My daughter celebrated her 7th birthday at Chipmunks Belmont, and she had a memorable one. We are locals, so that day was not our first time. We usually go there for casual play because of its amenities, friendly staff, and cleanliness. What made that day different from the other visits was the exceptional customer service. I would like to personally give a shout-out to Cyrus (not sure if he is the manager), for he went above and beyond that day to make sure that the party host, parents, and kids had a party to remember. I booked the party online, but he supported me from the day I walked in to ask for invite cards. He actually gave me more than what I booked for, and true enough, 5 more kids were added before the day of the event. He graciously assisted me every step of the way, answering all my questions especially on matters like dietary requirements, bringing lollies, and custom cakes in the centre. The highlight for me was actually on the day of the event; the venue was packed, and staff were busy, but all of them remained polite, helpful, and kind.
