Chipmunks Playland & Café Belmont

We celebrated Miss Aleya’s birthday today and overall it was a fantastic experience. All the kids had a fantastic time exploring with so much to discover and do within the space. Staff were so friendly and helpful the food was great and the atmosphere was relaxed. The staff ensured the birthday girl felt comfortable and special during her party and being our first time visiting I can assure we will not only be back but also recommend Chipmunks to our family & friends due to the fun our kids had and the relaxed environment for the parents also. You were all incredible! Thank you all so very much for making Aleya’s 4th birthday special and for ensuring that everyone invited had a wonderful time also! The food is as always amazing and all our beautiful children had a wonderful time exploring and going on their little adventures. Charlie was incredible all the kids and adults loved him! All in all it was a magical day for not only our little birthday girl but everyone who attended. You have made an unforgettable impression on those who attended the party, we are looking forward to our next visit! Keep up the good work 😊

My daughter celebrated her 7th birthday at Chipmunks Belmont, and she had a memorable one. We are locals, so that day was not our first time. We usually go there for casual play because of its amenities, friendly staff, and cleanliness. What made that day different from the other visits was the exceptional customer service. I would like to personally give a shout-out to Cyrus (not sure if he is the manager), for he went above and beyond that day to make sure that the party host, parents, and kids had a party to remember. I booked the party online, but he supported me from the day I walked in to ask for invite cards. He actually gave me more than what I booked for, and true enough, 5 more kids were added before the day of the event. He graciously assisted me every step of the way, answering all my questions especially on matters like dietary requirements, bringing lollies, and custom cakes in the centre.  The highlight for me was actually on the day of the event; the venue was packed, and staff were busy, but all of them remained polite, helpful, and kind.

Perfect party organisation! 👌🥳 Held a 5th birthday here on the weekend. Cyrus was so helpful both in the lead up via email and on the day and made it a completely stress-free and wonderful day. Facilities were clean and beautifully decorated, the play area has so many different levels and activities. All the kids had a ball and loved meeting Charlie the chipmonk! We also had a cake disaster where the one we had brought melted (cooler bag fail) and so they saved the day with providing an ice cream cake! All the staff were so lovely and went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend if you want a fun and stress-free kids party at affordable pricing 😊 Thanks again to all the team who looked after us!

Wow guys, we had the best time. The staff are next level and couldn't not have made my little man's birthday any more amazing then it was. Cyrus, Matilda and Tee you guys are worth your weight in gold. All the children were happy the parents were happy, fantastic experience
