About This Venue
Flip Out North Wollongong, on the Princes Highway at Fairy Meadow, is a sprawling trampoline arena packed with interconnected bounce decks, foam pits, ninja obstacles and a café for spectators. Glass-fronted party rooms and reserved bays overlook the action, so parents can relax with coffee while the kids launch flips beneath them.
Birthday tiers range from the $25 Mid-Week and $29 Cool packages (90-minute sessions) to the two-hour Awesome and the 2½-hour Insane Party at $39 per guest. Each catered option bundles at least an hour of supervised jump time, pizza, unlimited cordial or water, an ice-cream cake, printable invitations, grip socks and a dedicated host; higher tiers add silicon wristbands and temporary tattoos. Families after flexibility can book the $26 Self-Catered Party—1½ hours of jumping plus a two-hour table, bringing their own food while Flip Out supplies the flips. A minimum of ten guests applies to catered packages, deposits lock in the date and staff confirm final numbers by phone during the week of the event.

★Totally incompetent Had a party for 13 and were provided 4 pizzas. When asked staff they said oh that’s all Donimos delivered.i didn’t book through Dominos it’s up to you to make sure there are enough pizzas. We also had to ask for cups for the children to drink from. Then we provided a birthday cake and we advised staff prior saying g we would take the ice cream cake home. Along with part of the cost of party includes free socks for each party person so eveni if the kids have som on there should be a pair left for each paying child. Less than 2 minutes later they came with the cake kit with candles, even though we had already cut the one we provided. Then when we asked them to cut the cake, which they do with the ice cream cake, they handed us a knife, we then asked for plates they advised should have plates. We said that was for pizza not appropriate for cake as well. Totally unhelpful or caring. There was supposed to be a party host, never seen them as all the bands ect were just left sitting ion the table I know the staff are young but if you’re leaving kids in charge as managers it would be advised to make sure as an operator and happy to take the money that every thing is in place. This is the second part at north Wollongong so I guess we should have learned, gave them the benefit of the doubt, thought maybe just a bad experience but won’t make the same mistake 3 times. Definetly don’t go there on the awesome party lucky to get the benefits of the basic other than an extra 30 minutes of jump time.

★★★★Went here with two boys under 5 who loved it. We chose here as Groupon had a 2 for 1 deal happening. Not quite as large as the Caringbah version but they enjoyed the basketball hoops and ramped trampolines. The cafe was decent and a good area for parents to relax. Only downside is there were no arcade games that the boys are used to from other flip outs
