About This Venue
Flip Out North Wollongong, on the Princes Highway at Fairy Meadow, is a sprawling trampoline arena packed with interconnected bounce decks, foam pits, ninja obstacles and a café for spectators. Glass-fronted party rooms and reserved bays overlook the action, so parents can relax with coffee while the kids launch flips beneath them.
Birthday tiers range from the $25 Mid-Week and $29 Cool packages (90-minute sessions) to the two-hour Awesome and the 2½-hour Insane Party at $39 per guest. Each catered option bundles at least an hour of supervised jump time, pizza, unlimited cordial or water, an ice-cream cake, printable invitations, grip socks and a dedicated host; higher tiers add silicon wristbands and temporary tattoos. Families after flexibility can book the $26 Self-Catered Party—1½ hours of jumping plus a two-hour table, bringing their own food while Flip Out supplies the flips. A minimum of ten guests applies to catered packages, deposits lock in the date and staff confirm final numbers by phone during the week of the event.

★★★Very average experience. The place is very small compared to many other similar venues across the state. There was a ninja course that was promoted online but when we arrived there was no ninja course. The big trampolines at the back need maintenance as they have very little bounce.

★If I could rate this place a O I would! I would never step foot here again and will continue to advise anyone else to avoid at all costs. I was gobsmacked at the comments the owner made when I fell and tore ligaments in my ankle off an uneven surface on premises. The single staff on the floor duty was vacuming and just looked at me and continued vacuming after he watched me fall. I was screaming for help and first aid. When I hobbled my way somehow down to the bottom we asked If the owner was here He immediatly stood and said basically I was the least of his problems as he had an incident happen the day before that involved money and basically dismissed everything. No first aid in a place that should have it the most. I have serious concerns about training, safety protocols, and duty of care at this Flip Out Location. I would not feel safe having my child step foot there again and will be 100% at looking at another location for a kids party with the dismissive and rudenes especially the owner. Not even a phone call to see how I am. Money hungry driven unsafe place. All I got told was "oh doesnt look broken".
