Flip Out North Wollongong

Totally incompetent Had a party for 13 and were provided 4 pizzas. When asked staff they said oh that’s all Donimos delivered.i didn’t book through Dominos it’s up to you to make sure there are enough pizzas. We also had to ask for cups for the children to drink from. Then we provided a birthday cake and we advised staff prior saying g we would take the ice cream cake home. Along with part of the cost of party includes free socks for each party person so eveni if the kids have som on there should be a pair left for each paying child. Less than 2 minutes later they came with the cake kit with candles, even though we had already cut the one we provided. Then when we asked them to cut the cake, which they do with the ice cream cake, they handed us a knife, we then asked for plates they advised should have plates. We said that was for pizza not appropriate for cake as well. Totally unhelpful or caring. There was supposed to be a party host, never seen them as all the bands ect were just left sitting ion the table I know the staff are young but if you’re leaving kids in charge as managers it would be advised to make sure as an operator and happy to take the money that every thing is in place. This is the second part at north Wollongong so I guess we should have learned, gave them the benefit of the doubt, thought maybe just a bad experience but won’t make the same mistake 3 times. Definetly don’t go there on the awesome party lucky to get the benefits of the basic other than an extra 30 minutes of jump time.

Great place to keep your toddlers busy. I have been here many times and my child loves it on every occasion. Also a good place to do your child's birthday party. Their party packages are reasonably priced and they also let you bring your own food for the parties. Overall a great experience. I haven't added a fifth star due to coffee not being great and inconsistent.

Absolutely an amazing time both the kids and I had a blast the air pillow makes flipout so much better than the ones without

The kids had a blast. They wear their socks all the time. We'll definitely go back again. Even the coffee was spot on. It was really quiet when we were there. It was a school day. It may be less pleasant on the weekend. Not allot of seating.

A very clean play Facility, trampoline park for children & adults. Coffees, cold drinks & snack foods available to purchase. The Staff were informative, friendly & helpful.
