About This Venue
Flip Out Marsden Park, set in the Sydney Business Park on Richmond Road, is a vast adventure arena filled with wall-to-wall trampolines, parkour obstacles, foam pits and a spectator café. Glass-fronted party rooms and reserved table bays overlook the action, letting parents relax with coffee while kids launch flips below.
Birthday choices mirror the wider Flip Out family: weekday and Cool packages run 90 minutes, Awesome stretches to two hours, and the lights-down Insane Party tops out at two-and-a-half. Every catered tier bundles at least an hour of supervised jump time, hot and cold party food, cordial or water, an ice-cream cake, grip socks, printable invitations and a dedicated host; silicone wristbands and temporary tattoos appear in higher tiers. Families wanting to bring their own catering can book the Self-Catered Party—90 minutes of jumping plus a two-hour table with no guest minimum. A non-refundable deposit secures the date, and staff confirm final numbers early in party week.

★I recently visited Flip Out on March 22, 2025, and had an unpleasant experience. I went to grab a sausage roll from the glass-fronted shelf and brought it to the counter, only for the lady at the counter to say, "Don’t take it this time next time," before snatching the sausage roll from my hand. It felt insulting and left me feeling mentally distressed. If I were stealing, I could have taken the sausage roll and sat aside, but I was doing the right thing by taking it to the counter. If they don’t want customers to take items from the front shelf, they should either properly close the glass door or put up a note to let customers know. It's important to treat customers with respect, and I don’t believe this is the way to handle such situations. I spoke to the manager, but she was with her staff and didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously. I was only suggesting a simple solution, but instead, I was treated poorly. This experience has made me reconsider returning.

★★★★★Great place for kids. They had a lovely party. Tramps, and equipment were so much fun for them. Plenty of seating and space for a large party. Great shop with ice creams drinks etc. Even coffee. Bathrooms were clean. Highly recommend 🥳🥳🥳🎉🎉
