FlipOut Marsden Park

Have been here couple of times but it's getting to the point that on weekends it's very overcrowded. I just wondered if they have any limit of people to accommodate certain period of time or just fill the booking ins. During my last visit we hired shared space for the party as it was adjacent to other parties, guests from other party started sitting on our chairs whenever there was no one sitting. They should place a cap of people to attend shared party areas as it was very annoying. We are very hesitant to visit this place again.

An employee named josh was a magnificient help for not only my child but for all the children. I saw him help my son after he injured himself while playing, before I could even notice that my son was hurt. Josh was also seen keeping the place orderly and helping others whenever it was needed, without being asked. He truely displayed himself as a great young employee who actually cares about doing a great job for the satisfaction of others.

Been coming here religiously with my son for 9 Years with no issues. Today I was told by a staff member that I'm not aloud to jump on trampolines with my son because I don't have the flip out brand socks on 😂😂😂meanwhile countless other parents walking on the equipment with NO SHOES on. Mind boggles me that no socks is ok yet having BONDS instead of FLIPOUT socks constitutes me being denied to play with my kid. Dunno if it was just a 15 year old on a power trip but I'm a fit thirty year old male. I don't require $20 grippy socks for 1 hour of enjoyment.

This is my first time and most likely will never come back at flip out Marsden Park. Too bad as we just moved to this lovely community and would have been a perfect place for my teens to play. We had a horrible experience with this lady at the counter. I paid for 2 hours and after an hour, the kids are being kicked out. I asked the lady who served us and she’s treated me as if I’m trying lie and asked me for proof. Annoyed but I showed them proof and she still doesn’t believe me coz there is no time stamp on bank reconciliation. She kept on and on about me showing her proof where they can clearly just check their system. You made the mistake to begin with, you should fix it and not rely on my to show you proof. If for anything you should be apologetic for the error that you clearly made.
