About This Venue
Inflatable World Charmhaven is an indoor inflatable playground featuring a variety of soft, bouncy attractions for kids and families. With giant slides, obstacle courses, and bouncy castles, it offers a safe and active environment where children of all ages (and parents) can have fun and burn off energy.
It is an ideal venue for birthday parties, school outings, and group events, with standard 2-hour party sessions available. The facility is self-catered (bring your own food for parties), and basic snacks and drinks can be purchased on-site. Remember to wear socks – they are required for all participants on the inflatables.

★Kiddies seem to have fun. The staff in the kitchen were not interested in working. Kids meals were forgotten until reminded. Oh, i forgot....to busy chatting to each other. Not much food in the kitchen for visitors. I ordered a chiko roll, it was rock hard. I took it back and got anotherr rock hard. Training defiantly required for staff. Hopefully the owner sorts this out.

★If I could give them 0 I would! Their opening hours are 10-4pm but at 10am this morning they weren't open and there was a q of people outside! For a business that's clearly struggling to make money it's obvious why! I had driven 30 mins to get there and I wish we hadn't wasted our time! Sell the business and move on if you're incapable of running it properly

★Turned up for a Birthday party at 9.10am when the party started at 9am, rudely told to wait outside in the cold as they did not have enough staff - the place should have been ready well before 9am - I am glad I was not paying for this party
