★Searched online there is a Zumba class which I can attend with my fitness passport. Drive all the way to PcYC, the front desk was not kind. She kept saying :you need to pay$30 to get in this club although you have FitnessPassport . To be honest, I never heard about it. When I asked : ‘what else I can benefit from joining the club? Any discount on cafe menu or ? ‘ she replied:’ no , cafe is seperate. You can not use the facility without paying $30, even you just wanted to attend one class.’ When I decided to pay. she said: do you have cash? ‘ I said : no. This lady said : ‘oh, no Cash will taker longer. I thought you will be a quick one. ‘ There was one male was behind me. And then she gave the form and ask me to fill in and wait for her. Meantimes she is trying to help that male. I said: ‘ class starts now. May I pay $30 First? And then come back to Fill the from?’ She said : ‘ no! No memberships, not going!’ And then I left!

★They NEVER answer phone calls and the online venue booking does not work. Virtually impossible to book a court

★A nice place to visit, learn and discover how a horrendous customer service looks like. It’s a norm to expect staff at the front desk to ignore you and spend time having a coffee and chat. It’s a norm for them to make extra debits out of your account. So you’ll need to check on what has been debited. If you request a pause on your payments while going away on holidays. They will typically get you to fill out an application form and dump the form somewhere in their backroom and charge you as normal. The 2 options you have is to either visit their reception multiple times just to check if they have actually put a hold on your debit (which they wouldn’t have as they would require you to make multiple visits and request a stop payment) or else the other option is to let the direct debit go ahead and then deal with the horrendous customer service desk. The range of equipment in their outdated gym and the way they are maintained would have looked alright for a gym in late 1990's or early 2000's.

★I recently had a kids birthday here and I would not recommend the venue at all. The booking process needs massive improvement, they ask you to email an account that is clearly not monitor and if you call to get any kind of information regarding party bookings nobody has any clue. When I finally was able to book (after a number of emails unanswered and calls and visiting the place, it really should not be that difficult!). Then came the day of the party, when arriving few minutes to the start time, in reception nobody knew where the party host was, extremely disorganised. After already a bad start to the experience, then the food came and another disappointment, kids basically left the whole food because it was not pleasant at all. To top it off, some of the staff can be very rude and are lacking on customer service skills. I would definitely not recommend to have a kids party here.
