About This Venue
Spirited Play Cafe, hidden behind Bunnings in Taylors Beach, combines a sprawling soft-play structure with a relaxed café and art studio. Natural light, coastal décor and plenty of seating mean adults can sip barista coffee while kids clamber through slides, ball pits and sensory zones.
The Play Session Party keeps things simple: $160 covers the first eight children (up to 20 max) during a public play session, with reserved tables, access to the party-food menu and the option to bring a nut-free cake. Creative kids aged five and up can book a hosted Creative Party—two hours of customised art or slime making at $439 for eight children, $50 each extra. Large gatherings choose Private Hire, a two-hour exclusive booking from $815 for as many as 80 guests, complete with BYO food and décor freedom and the option to extend by the hour. Add-on hot and sweet platters, face painting or messy-play stations round out a venue that prides itself on hassle-free, feel-good celebrations.

★★Used to be good value, but it's a ripoff these days. Ridiculous that adults have to pay to enter, even if you do get some of it back as a drink voucher. Cheaper to book online, but they don't tell you that, and once you're there they tell you it's "too late" to book online, so you have to pay the higher price, despite the fact that there are no other customers there (and it was less than 10 minutes past the 10am "deadline". Food is over-priced, so you end up spending $100+ on entry and food since you can't bring food in. Such a shame as we used to be regulars but it's just too expensive to justify going now.
