We celebrated our daughter‘s fourth birthday with a frozen party at Vitaland Warriewood. From the beginning, we found all the staff to be amazing and extremely helpful. The room set up was absolutely beautiful, we added a few things of our own, but it was so nice to be able to walk in and have everything all set up for us and walk out at the end and not have to worry about pack down. The venue was clean and tidy And the food was delicious and well priced. I loved that when organising the party there were so many different options I could choose from. I brought our own cake and had a lady come do face painting but they can also organise the cake and face painting If you would like them to which is very handy. You can hire the whole room or half the room and add extra kids to your package if needed! It was such an easy party to organise, I highly recommend it. Thanks so much Joyce and the crew at Vitaland warriewood! We will be back again.

I had my daughter’s Hello Kitty themed 7th birthday party at Vitaland Warriewood today and it was absolutely incredible.
The team truly went above and beyond to create the most amazing party. The room was beautifully decorated, far exceeding anything I expected, and every detail was so thoughtfully done. The food was great and all the kids loved it.
The service was outstanding from start to finish. Everything ran smoothly and we felt completely taken care of the entire time.
One of the standout features for me was the layout. The play area is well contained and the space is not overly crowded, which meant there was never a moment where I felt stressed or unsure where my child was. It genuinely allowed parents to relax and enjoy the party too, which is rare. There were also so many great activities catering to a range of different ages.
I had never been before, but I was not disappointed.
Overall, a 5-star experience. I would highly recommend Vitaland Warriewood for any kids’ party.

Our K-Pop demon hunter birthday party was honestly the party of my 6yo’s dream! Perfect backdrop with awesome banners!
Joyce the manager was easy to liaise with, quick correspondents, friendly, efficient and even did the face painting in line with Easter theme. Made life so much easier for me to just turn up with a cake and party bags (she can even do it for us if I let her!)
Food was great, service was spot on and the place is so well maintained as an indoor play centre, our kids’ group thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

The entire experience was seamless, stress-free, and honestly exceeded all of our expectations. The staff were so warm, accommodating, and helpful throughout the whole process, nothing was ever too much trouble.
The decorations provided by the venue were absolutely amazing. They already had everything in-house for the Frozen theme, which meant I didn’t need to source or organise decorations externally, which made life so much easier. The setup looked beautiful and everyone commented on how incredible the party looked.
Having the whole venue to ourselves made the experience feel really special, and the party room was styled and set up perfectly. The team truly went above and beyond to make the day memorable for our daughter.
