Booked the “bounce” birthday party package for a group of 16. Really easy booking process, confirmation of party details, deposit & reconfirmation week of. Great value for package price, our host was very accommodating & looked after our group thank you Shania! Huge spaces catering for all ages, so much jumping fun & kids enjoyed the laser tag experience too. “Let’s Eat Pizza” on site great added value to the experience of eating authentic delicious pizzas!!

While the trampoline area seemed suitable for children, I must admit I was somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness of the venue, particularly the restrooms. Despite a forty-minute drive, I did not feel the experience was worth it. I have found other locations closer to my home to be more satisfactory.

Visited on a Wednesday night. Service was great. Decided to have pizza and so glad we did! Beautifully made, lots of topping and the dough was so good! Worth getting take away or home delivery if you are into that. Will definitely be back!

I booked a small party of 6 here, I wanted to book at the front desk but was told its better to do o it online which I did, my guest number reduced by one when I asked for a refund they told me they only able to give me a gift voucher which I can use in the cafe or restaurant. The cafe was hopeless nothing was available coffee was not good they didn’t even have a tray for me to carry the coffees upstairs . The restaurant couldn’t even scan the voucher and couldn’t even put the number manually, so I couldn’t even make an order there! Everything we needed we had to chase the staff. Its a good place for kids to play but if you want a party probably not the best place!

I highly recommend visiting this place with children on weekdays (not during school holidays), while there is a great promotion: only $11 per person for unlimited time on the trampolines!
