The one good thing is the person working the reception was very friendly.
But holy god this place is an accident waiting to happen. We brought a pair of 6 year olds here, and the amount of control or supervision on the trampolines was laughable, even to the point i noticed 2 staff members just chatting and ignoring the pandemonium behind them for at least 15 minutes.
Overcrowding, herds of bigger kids sprinting across the tramps, huge laughing teenagers barrelling around like boulders with no regard for the little ones, I felt like it was only a matter of time before our kids would get crushed or lose a limb. After 20 minutes we just had to get out of there, we were all terrified.
I think the main issue is there is no sense of crowd control. Even when the one staff member assigned to the vast trampolining area decided to engage, she just kind of walked back and forth while tiny kids and big kids alike tried to kill each other.
If youre a group of teens looking to act like idiots, maybe this is for you. but parents of younger kids might wanna take them to Area 51 across the way instead....
Also as i wrote this, I just heard one of our kids say "I prefer the one in Geelong cos the big kids arent trying to hit you". so theres a testimonial for you...
also, the facility itself is kind of average. but the price for time value is decent, but i stand by everything stated above....

We visited during the mid-week special ($14), and overall there are some clear positives.
At that price it’s great value, the place was practically empty so the kids could enjoy everything freely, and it’s easy to find with plenty of parking. It’s also accessible by Metro (around a 15-minute walk or short Uber). Booking and waivers were simple online, and the staff at reception were friendly and welcoming.
Unfortunately, maintenance and safety are where the venue falls short.
There are several issues that go beyond appearance and have potential safety implications:
* ripped trampoline mats (red strips at the back of the hall)
* poorly aligned safety padding
* unsecured or misplaced foam protection
* loose/tucked nets that could easily catch a child
* exposed metal rods where protective foam has deteriorated
* zip ties left trimmed with sharp ends in reach.
* In the dodgeball area, entrance netting was also detached and not properly secured.
These are not just cosmetic issues—they relate directly to safe use of the facility. Given the nature of the activity you really want to make sure nothing is further adding on the risks.
On the general experience side, cleanliness could be improved, especially considering how quiet it was. There was some food scraps on the floor and tables and chairs left uncleaned and disorganised. Honestly - A quick 10–15 minute reset would make a big difference to the overall impression.
Lighting also felt quite dim in parts of the venue, and there is limited guidance on how the different areas are intended to be used. As a result, children tend to run across multiple zones without structure, which creates unnecessary collision risk. Simple signage, floor markings, or basic rules for areas like dodgeball and trampoline lanes would significantly improve safety and flow.
The saying goes “you get what you pay for”, and at the discounted mid-week rate the value is strong. However, at standard pricing the maintenance issues become harder to ignore.
With better upkeep, cleanliness, and basic activity guidance, this could be a much stronger venue.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at 360 Action Park on 2nd May.
A dog without a leash entered the play area, which is a serious safety concern—especially in a space designed for children and families. What was even more alarming was the complete lack of response from staff.
When this was raised, the staff member (Porche) appeared dismissive, and the manager (Vicky) responded with, “I don’t have eyes everywhere to look at the premise.” This attitude is deeply concerning. Safety in a children’s play environment is not optional—it’s a basic responsibility.
The rudeness, lack of accountability, and disregard for safety protocols were unacceptable. As a parent/family visitor, you expect a controlled and secure environment, not one where unmanaged risks are ignored.
I strongly urge management to review their safety policies, enforce basic rules (such as no unleashed animals), and train staff to handle concerns professionally. Until then, I would be cautious about visiting with children.

We recently hosted a 12th birthday party at 360 Action Park Castle Hill. While there were a few positives, overall, the experience did not meet expectations given the price we paid.
The host assigned to us was friendly, but the party was not managed effectively. Most of the hosts appeared quite young, and unfortunately the kids did not take them seriously or listen to their instructions. For example, during our dodgeball session, other random children were still occupying the play area and did not listen to our host when asked to clear the space for our group. This made it difficult for our kids to enjoy the activity.
Food service timing was also poorly handled. The pizzas were brought out too early while the kids were still engaged in activities. We had to go and gather the children ourselves, and by the time they came to eat, the food had gone cold. While the spicy veg paneer pizza was good, the vegetarian pizza was not well prepared, with large pieces of onion and whole olives that the kids did not enjoy.
The venue itself had several issues. It was extremely crowded, and the ambience was not ideal for a birthday celebration. The room assigned to us was more suitable for younger children (around 2–5 years old), which did not match the age group of our party. Additionally, we were not allowed to use simple adhesive blutack to put up a birthday banner, which felt unnecessarily restrictive.
Maintenance also seemed lacking — the wall backdrop paint was worn out and peeling, indicating no recent upkeep. The facility was very cold, with large fans running despite the cold weather. The laser tag waiting area was open, and kids were left exposed to the cold, making them uncomfortable.
There were also serious supervision and safety concerns. Some older children behaved inappropriately and harassed members of our group. At one point, they threw all the dodgeballs up onto the roof structure, making it impossible for anyone to play the game. Additionally, the slide area was quite dark, making it difficult to monitor children properly or notice if someone was being harassed in a corner. We escalated these issues to the manager, who did respond appropriately by separating the groups and providing us with a more controlled area for play. This response was appreciated, but better supervision and proactive management would have prevented these issues in the first place.
Considering the price charged, the overall experience did not feel like value for money. Compared to other venues such as FlipOut or Bowling centres — which offer better party rooms, more organised hosts, better supervision, and well-timed warm food — this experience fell short.
