Play facility is good, however the children’s toilet has two open stalls in public view, with a kids change table also in view of anyone walking past. I asked for my pizza to be re-cut since it wasn't separating properly. While it was a minor issue and I could have picked it up whole, it was intended for a child. Additionally, it was served on a hot metal plate, which was more of an issue for the kids as it was too hot for them when they initially attempted to hold the plate before grabbing an unsliced piece of pizza. Please consider both factors for future visitors.

Good for the kids. Not great for the cafe if you want food or a coffee on a weekend. We were told that due to low staff levels they wouldn’t take any orders for food or coffee. Half hour later we see them making coffee and making food for others, could have been for the people attending birthday parties- too bad if you’re a walk in customer with a child. Makes no sense. Eat before you come here. You can’t byo food either.

Lollipop’s is our go-to spot for my girls’ birthday parties, and once again, they didn’t disappoint! We recently celebrated my youngest daughter's birthday there, and it was the best experience yet. The food was great — both kids and adults were happy — and the play area was big, clean, and well-maintained. A special shoutout to our party host, Ava, who was fantastic! She was easygoing, friendly, and made the whole event run smoothly. Not a single issue throughout the day. The party package was also very reasonably priced for everything that was included. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be back for future celebrations!

This store has extremely poor service. The grapes were rotten, and the watermelon wasn't fresh—yet the staff blatantly lied, claiming the fruit was perfectly healthy and that some rotten grapes were "normal." Never coming back. The worst part was their utterly terrible attitude.

Absolute perfect party for us. At Lollipops Castle Hill every team member was very helpful, literally. Food was served hot. Our party host, Katie, had engaged kids nicely. She was on toes with serving food and cake to everyone. We loved it. It was value for money. Will definitely book them next time. Thanks
