PUTRID. I frequented this place a few years ago, returned for the first time today. New owners since I last went. The stench of old, dirty oil is overwhelming as soon as you walk in the door. I couldn’t stay more than an hour, the smell was just awful - it came home with us on our clothes, hair, everything. Had to shower to feel clean after visiting this place!!! Also, floors were filthy, need a DEEP CLEAN, bathroom too. Seems like the new owners have invested NOTHING upon acquiring this business. Many broken electronics on things too. Taped up jumping castle with holes, and more tape on top of old tape! Just shabby and run down. Owners must not care or have very low standards. Australia is a clean country with standards!

We had booked the premium party package for my daughter's Birthday. The following are part of package and lollipop's don't bother to oblige 1. We asked for the physical party invites which they said that it is out of stock. 2. The loot bags n lollipop's balloon were not provided to the guests. When we asked the staff at the exit why the loot bags were not given to guests, he said that the loot bags were placed in the party room. But that is not the case. The staff are not bothered and feel they are doing a favour. We paid $100 for the loot bags n balloons, complimentary jug of soft drinks for adult(provided). We had our son's party four years back and the staff were warm. Looks now the staff are taking the customers for granted. Poor service. Not accountable.

My son put out his hands to get the balloon that was swinging around by an Indian staff (a new guy? since I never saw him before). But he withdraw it from my son and put it back inside the shelf. I asked him why my son wasn't allowed a balloon??? he said the balloon was for the party attendees only (my son was a casual visitor)....I said to him, 'Mate, I just spent $50 in here, I think my son deserves the balloon....he then said, you can certainly BUY IT!!!!! (what a way of making an extra few bucks! from something that was supposed to be given freely out to 'party only' kids!!!) The moral is, your staff has to all be well trained. My son was always given a lollipop on leaving the exit gate. Is the balloon worth that much more than a lollipop? and a child was left crying and empty handed. Disgusting staffer with no empathy for children but purely a profiteer!!!

We recently visited Lollipops Play Centre in Castle Hill and, regrettably, it was one of the most disappointing family outings we have had. Each time we have visited, the standard has noticeably declined, and this latest experience has confirmed that we will not be returning. The centre itself is extremely unhygienic and poorly maintained. Play areas appeared dirty and neglected, with little evidence of regular cleaning or upkeep. Equipment looks run down and in need of care, which raises concerns about both cleanliness and safety for children. For a venue designed for young families, the lack of attention to hygiene and maintenance is unacceptable. Equally concerning was the level of service. Staff members seemed disengaged, disinterested, and unwilling to show even the most basic initiative. It gave the impression that they simply did not want to be there, let alone assist families who had paid to use the facilities. The most frustrating example of this was our food order, which took well over an hour to arrive. This delay was particularly confusing and disappointing given that the centre was only 25–30% full at the time of our visit. Such a long wait in an environment catering to children is entirely impractical and demonstrates very poor organisation. To families in the area- there are plenty of wonderful options for play centres and parks within the Hills District, many of which are clean, welcoming, and well-managed. Unfortunately, Lollipops Castle Hill falls far short of even basic expectations. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this venue to other parents, and I would strongly suggest choosing an alternative that prioritises both hygiene and customer care.
