Lollipop's Playland Castle Hill

Play facility is good, however the children’s toilet has two open stalls in public view, with a kids change table also in view of anyone walking past. I asked for my pizza to be re-cut since it wasn't separating properly. While it was a minor issue and I could have picked it up whole, it was intended for a child. Additionally, it was served on a hot metal plate, which was more of an issue for the kids as it was too hot for them when they initially attempted to hold the plate before grabbing an unsliced piece of pizza. Please consider both factors for future visitors.

Good for the kids. Not great for the cafe if you want food or a coffee on a weekend. We were told that due to low staff levels they wouldn’t take any orders for food or coffee. Half hour later we see them making coffee and making food for others, could have been for the people attending birthday parties- too bad if you’re a walk in customer with a child. Makes no sense. Eat before you come here. You can’t byo food either.

We have been celebrating my child's birthday at Lollipops (different locations) since she turned 3, and now that she’s 6, every year has been just as amazing! The atmosphere is fun and welcoming, the staff is fantastic, and everything is so well organized. The kids always have a blast! Lollipops is a place you can't go wrong—thank you for making each celebration so special! The only thing I would love to see added to each party room is a table or a special box for placing gifts, as there is currently no designated spot for them.

A heartfelt thank you to the Lollipop Playland Castle Hill for making my son’s birthday truly unforgettable. Every detail was perfect, and I couldn’t have been happier with the arrangements made by the wonderful staff. A special shoutout to Harry, our amazing host, for his outstanding hospitality and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Thank you to the entire team for making this event such a success!

Booked for our daughters 4th Birthday. The whole venue is getting very run down. Table cloths and food boards were filthy. Play equipment is broken/not working. Coffees were average. No payment options to avoid surcharges.
