Awful. I arrive 10:30am on a Sunday. Not that busy. Haven’t been here in near on 20 years, looks aged. Need to buy socks for an 8 year old, they give me toddler socks. Order 2 coffees, 2 waters, kids nugget meal and 2 sandwiches. Given buzzer but unsure if server recorded buzzer #. 20 minutes later I follow up and they start making the coffee, promise me the food will be prepared immediately. 10 minutes later, I follow up and a different server says they can’t guarantee how much longer it will be. I tell them that ain’t good enough, 2 minutes later they are shoving the nugget meal at me, no plate, no sauce , no napkins. I ask for some, next thing I’m getting 10 sachets of ketchup shoved at me. Where are the sandwiches? They will get the toasties out immediately. No, fresh sandwiches per the order. 5 minutes later 1 hastily prepared HCT sandwich comes out. No, it was 2 . 3 minutes later an even hastier prepared sandwich arrives. The only thing consistent about them was they were both dreadful with ingredients falling out. 1 was diagonally cut, the other straight, 1 had grated cheese , one thickly sliced. One had flowery tomato, one soggy. Nuggets and chips cold , chips soggy. Coffee didn’t have ordered vanilla added. Took 1 kid lollipops for a play and a bite. Cost, just under $70 for barely edible slop. Teenage staff tried on the “sad puppy dog eyes, feel sorry for us, we are looking after lil kids” speil . It didn’t work. There seemed plenty of staff to me, proportionate to the volume of kids. But all running around like chooks with their heads cut off, not communicating and with scant sign of any effective supervision. The fish rots from the head. I’d hate to see what happens if 1 of the kids gets hurt. 🤞

We have brought our kids here 3 times now, and each time the experience has been great. The play area is finely balanced, the sitting area is nearby, which helps us monitor our fast and fearless kids.
The food is nice and reasonably priced and the teacup ride is the cherry on top!
Finally, the staff are always nice and well versed. They clearly love kids, as their care and interactions with the little ones speak volumes.
Thank you and well done!

This play centre offers an excellent environment for toddlers and children, providing a wide array of engaging activities. I particularly appreciate the thoughtful seating arrangements for parents, which facilitate comfortable supervision of their children. I only complain about my initial food order from the cafe. Despite being the first customer, I experienced a 40-minute wait for a raisin toast and ham and cheese croissant, and the toast was not even served warm enoguh to melt the butter. Aside from this culinary experience, the venue is delightful, and my two-year-old son thoroughly enjoyed his visit..

PUTRID. I frequented this place a few years ago, returned for the first time today. New owners since I last went. The stench of old, dirty oil is overwhelming as soon as you walk in the door. I couldn’t stay more than an hour, the smell was just awful - it came home with us on our clothes, hair, everything. Had to shower to feel clean after visiting this place!!! Also, floors were filthy, need a DEEP CLEAN, bathroom too. Seems like the new owners have invested NOTHING upon acquiring this business. Many broken electronics on things too. Taped up jumping castle with holes, and more tape on top of old tape! Just shabby and run down. Owners must not care or have very low standards. Australia is a clean country with standards!

Oh wow - I’m writing this a day late, but 8/9/2025 ended up being one of the best days for me, my sister, and our kids. The food was honestly perfect. The pizza tasted like it was made with real love, the fries were beautifully crispy, and the nuggets were hot, evenly cooked, and just right. This wasn’t our experience before, so maybe they’ve changed their chef.
I didn’t catch her name properly — it was an Indian name, maybe Ash - but she was such a lovely lady with the kindest smile. She even kept an eye on our kids and played hide-and-seek with them. Such a thoughtful gesture.
We’ll definitely be back.
Great job, Lollypop team.
