If you are a parent/ grandparent or even foster parent to any small children you need to be fully aware of the offering.
1.Poor standard of Hygiene
2. Hazard due to strong smell of human poo, in a dining area.
This was our first time to this play centre & it’s the worst we have ever encountered, due to the above facts, that we personally encountered.
The facility is very dirty & I hate to think how easy germs are spreading, please see the attached photos of our grandsons white socks.
Furthermore there is a disgusting smell of 💩💩💩💩💩 in the eating area of the play centre, closest to the toilet area.
I politely & discretely brought this finding to the managers attention and all he kept saying to me was we have done new renovations & no one else has said this, in other words I’m not taking on board your feedback.
I said to the manager I’m telling you out of respect that you need to look into the plumbing situation as you may have a leak. The manager was very dismissive of me enlightening him of the issue as a paying customer.
I will also be reaching out the the health department and formally let them Know the standards of operation in which people of the community are being subjected too, as no one likes to sit, eat & drink with a high level smell of 💩💩💩💩💩 present.
Management need to address this as a priority and young family don’t take your children here until they get a health clearance to operate just look how dirty there floors are by viewing these socks

We recently visited Lollipop's Playland & Cafe Castle Hill and although our family arrived quite late, we were still greeted warmly by the staff, which we really appreciated.
It’s an intimate indoor playground with plenty to keep the kids entertained. I did notice that some areas looked a little worn, but that didn’t stop my kids from having fun.
We also did the Build-A-Bear experience with the same staff member who welcomed us, and she was kind and friendly. She interacted with my kids, getting them involved in stuffing and dressing their bears. She was super cool and made the experience extra special.
Overall, the venue could probably use a bit of a revamp, but the kids will still have plenty to do while running amok and having fun

We hosted my child's birthday party here and it was seamless. The team was incredibly accommodating and organized, taking the stress out of the day. The kids were entertained and the party room was great. Highly recommended for a stress-free, fun party and we had a fantastic time here!
About the play area, the equipment is diverse, ranging from a dedicated toddler zone to large slides and climbing structures for the older kids. Everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly, and it was easy to keep an eye on the kids from the café seating. Will definitely be back!"

Awful. I arrive 10:30am on a Sunday. Not that busy. Haven’t been here in near on 20 years, looks aged. Need to buy socks for an 8 year old, they give me toddler socks. Order 2 coffees, 2 waters, kids nugget meal and 2 sandwiches. Given buzzer but unsure if server recorded buzzer #. 20 minutes later I follow up and they start making the coffee, promise me the food will be prepared immediately. 10 minutes later, I follow up and a different server says they can’t guarantee how much longer it will be. I tell them that ain’t good enough, 2 minutes later they are shoving the nugget meal at me, no plate, no sauce , no napkins. I ask for some, next thing I’m getting 10 sachets of ketchup shoved at me. Where are the sandwiches? They will get the toasties out immediately. No, fresh sandwiches per the order. 5 minutes later 1 hastily prepared HCT sandwich comes out. No, it was 2 . 3 minutes later an even hastier prepared sandwich arrives. The only thing consistent about them was they were both dreadful with ingredients falling out. 1 was diagonally cut, the other straight, 1 had grated cheese , one thickly sliced. One had flowery tomato, one soggy. Nuggets and chips cold , chips soggy. Coffee didn’t have ordered vanilla added. Took 1 kid lollipops for a play and a bite. Cost, just under $70 for barely edible slop. Teenage staff tried on the “sad puppy dog eyes, feel sorry for us, we are looking after lil kids” speil . It didn’t work. There seemed plenty of staff to me, proportionate to the volume of kids. But all running around like chooks with their heads cut off, not communicating and with scant sign of any effective supervision. The fish rots from the head. I’d hate to see what happens if 1 of the kids gets hurt. 🤞

We recently had a party at Lollipops Playland Castle Hill and it was an absolute 5-star experience from start to finish! The venue was clean, well-organized, and perfect for keeping the kids entertained for hours.
A special shoutout to Jodie, who was an incredible party host. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly so we could actually relax and enjoy the day. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she kept the kids engaged and happy the whole time.
The party setup was seamless, the food was well-prepared, and the whole experience felt stress-free. Highly recommend this location for anyone planning a kids’ party—great service, great atmosphere, and truly great staff!
