What Parents Say
Jinny Hong (Jinny)
★★★★The kids had fun playing while the parents waited upstairs at the café, but the café tables were very dirty and there were tissues scattered all over the floor that no staff bothered to clean up. One child threw up on the trampoline after eating and running around, but it wasn’t cleaned up quickly, which was disappointing. Even though children kept coming in to jump, the staff member who was there alone didn’t know how to handle the situation and didn’t try to stop them—maybe they were a junior staff member. I saw the cleanup process, and it didn’t look like it was done properly. Some vomit had splashed into the corners of the trampoline area too, but I don’t think the staff noticed. I hope parents who come here don’t feed their kids too much before letting them play.

★★★★★The staff here are just outstanding. We regularly do the play dates online deal for two hours of play for under $30. The space is well set up, airy and bright, and the kids absolutely love it. But the reason we keep coming back is that the staff always go above and beyond to make sure we’re having fun and being safe.

★★★★★Had a great time at Bounce Inc.! The staff were incredibly helpful and focused on safety, constantly checking to ensure everything was in order. We had so much fun jumping around! The facility has clean toilets, cafes, and even a space for kids’ birthday parties. For a quieter experience, I recommend coming early in the morning on weekdays. It's the perfect time to enjoy the place without the crowd!

★★★★★The kids in the mini bounce section loved every minute. I bought an extra 30 min and they were so tired after running and bouncing. The homebush location was cool enough on the hot summer day with massive fans running through the centre. All in all we loved it and will be back to bput our special bounce socks, that you have to purchase, to good use!!

★DO NOT BOOK A PARTY WITH BOUNCE HOMEBUSH Today, my family and I attended a birthday party at Bounce Homebush. My best friend paid BOUNCE over $700 for the party- which is fine if the children were actually given opportunities to bounce and play. Unfortunately, the party host ‘Emma’ left us sitting in the front waiting bay for almost 30 minutes after we arrived. After taking the children through, she lined them up and very strictly allowed them only one turn at each activity. After 40 minutes on the Bounce floor, we were told the party room was ready and the children were to come to the room for food. The food was placed in the centre of the table and Emma, the disinterested party host just disappeared. We had to ask people for sauce, ask for water, and serve the children ourselves. The children had eaten within 10 minutes and wanted to go back out to play- whereby we were told that they must stay in the room for the remainder of the party (more than 40minutes remained) and there was no flexibility in having any free play. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, Emma rudely approached each child and demanded they remove their wristbands to ensure no one stepped foot back out on the trampolines. Emma spoke so rudely to the children that she had the birthday girl in tears. I’ve never met a party host who hated children as much as this girl. We proceeded to speak to the manager (who also appeared not to care) and were told to refer back to the terms and conditions on the website. For any parent thinking of having a birthday party here- save your money and just pay for each individual child to play. The children will have way more fun. And to Emma, the party host, please consider a job at McDonald’s making burgers out the back where you don’t have to work or speak to children.
