The kids had fun playing while the parents waited upstairs at the café, but the café tables were very dirty and there were tissues scattered all over the floor that no staff bothered to clean up. One child threw up on the trampoline after eating and running around, but it wasn’t cleaned up quickly, which was disappointing. Even though children kept coming in to jump, the staff member who was there alone didn’t know how to handle the situation and didn’t try to stop them—maybe they were a junior staff member. I saw the cleanup process, and it didn’t look like it was done properly. Some vomit had splashed into the corners of the trampoline area too, but I don’t think the staff noticed. I hope parents who come here don’t feed their kids too much before letting them play.

Overall, the experience was quite poor. The food does not cater to halal or vegetarian diets—hot chips were cross-contaminated with meat, and the same knife was used to cut both meat and cheese pizzas. After being made to purchase grip socks, we witnessed a staff member jumping on the trampolines wearing shoes, which made the purchase feel pointless and the rules inconsistent. Refer to photo as it won’t let me post videos. The venue was also very dirty, with rubbish scattered around, and the staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. There’s no proper parking either, which added to the inconvenience. Great way to waste an hour and money. Would not recommend this location.

Loved the open trampoline area. Not too busy - we went early on a saturday morning. My son had a great time! Edit: I recommend coming during off peak season. We paid for 2 adults and 1 mini bouncer. $70 to be stuck in the mini section, weren't allowed in the open trampoline area which i understand is for safety etc. But it isnt worth it in my opinion. Come during off peak when you can go in other areas, otherwise only pay for your mini. The mini section has a few floors and quite dark on the first floor including the trampoline area.

Just had a BLAST for a BIRTHDAY PARTY!!! My daughter Olivia had her 10th birthday party at Bounce Homebush, the booking was very easy and smooth online. All the kids have arrived and SHAZ who was managing the parties on the day was super friendly and helpful. It was very organised even it was packed. Lovely ANGELINA was our party host and she was patient and fun! The kids enjoyed their mini games and cakes and JACKSON was very professional and helpful with finalising the party and administration. A 10/10 experience and is highly recommended for anyone looking to book a party!!

Very Disappointed – Poor Staff Treatment and Mismanagement ☆☆☆☆ I had a really disappointing experience at BOUNCEinc Homebush. I booked a 2-hour session for my kids from 4 PM to 6 PM. After only one hour of play, a staff member told my kids they were done and had to leave. I questioned this, and they said maybe we had the wrong wristbands and told us to go to Reception. After wasting around 10 minutes of our booked time trying to sort it out, it turned out we did have the correct wristbands. When we returned to the staff member, she denied ever saying they were finished. Another upsetting issue was with my younger son. He was measured and was almost 110cm, and he received the appropriate wristband for 110cm, the same as his sisters. However, he wasn’t allowed in the mini play area because they said he was too tall, and he also wasn't allowed in the big kids area because they said he was still under 110cm. Basically, he was excluded from both areas and left waiting. He ended up being the last one in his group to play, and it felt like the staff were just trying to rush through the session and didn’t care. This visit completely ruined his excitement. He used to love BOUNCE and always dreamed of going there. Now he says he doesn't want to return. It broke my heart as a parent to see him treated unfairly and disappointed like this. It felt like there were different rules for different kids, and the staff didn’t show much care or understanding. We won’t be visiting again, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
