The kids had an amazing time! They loved everything, especially the trampolines. It's a huge playland for everyone. I totally recommend it. The staff are super friendly and professional, too. And the cafeteria has a good menu.

Our kid and our guests were all happy and really enjoyed the birthday party. The party host/guide was very approachable and friendly. it's just a shame I forgot her name. One thing that could be improved, though, is the way another staff member handled the ending of our time. While we still had a few minutes left, she announced in a very loud voice, in front of all the guests, that we needed to leave the area because another birthday party was about to start. She didn't come across as friendly at all, and her expression looked quite angry. Also, food should be served hot, could be improved the pizzas and sandwiches. Aside from that, everything else was a wonderful experience. I even felt that our party host was embarrassed by what happened, as she kindly told me we could still take photos first even if we went a few minutes over. Overall, everything was great except for the rude manner of the lady who came with the checklist and told us to pack up and leave. I Still recommend Bounce to others and will give 5 stars.

The kids had fun playing while the parents waited upstairs at the café, but the café tables were very dirty and there were tissues scattered all over the floor that no staff bothered to clean up. One child threw up on the trampoline after eating and running around, but it wasn’t cleaned up quickly, which was disappointing. Even though children kept coming in to jump, the staff member who was there alone didn’t know how to handle the situation and didn’t try to stop them—maybe they were a junior staff member. I saw the cleanup process, and it didn’t look like it was done properly. Some vomit had splashed into the corners of the trampoline area too, but I don’t think the staff noticed. I hope parents who come here don’t feed their kids too much before letting them play.

Overall, the experience was quite poor. The food does not cater to halal or vegetarian diets—hot chips were cross-contaminated with meat, and the same knife was used to cut both meat and cheese pizzas. After being made to purchase grip socks, we witnessed a staff member jumping on the trampolines wearing shoes, which made the purchase feel pointless and the rules inconsistent. Refer to photo as it won’t let me post videos. The venue was also very dirty, with rubbish scattered around, and the staff weren’t particularly friendly or helpful. There’s no proper parking either, which added to the inconvenience. Great way to waste an hour and money. Would not recommend this location.

Such a fantastic party experience! The kids absolutely loved it and everything was so well organised from start to finish. Our party host (Theo) was amazing- friendly, attentive, and made sure the kids had the best time. Nothing was too much trouble (including having a tab at the cafe so parents could order as they please) and it made the day stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone planning a children’s party!
