Croc's Playcentre Gregory Hills

We are a family of five with our three children being between the ages of 2-5 and when we arrived at the new crocs play centre, we knew the kids would love it. The play area consists of 3 levels all of which have slides and the slides have lights which the kids zoomed down. Food is very similar to crocs Campbelltown - great and yummy. The space was a little crammed as we arrived in open day so I am assuming that once the “hype” settles down, it will be plenty of space. There are 3 party rooms which are all decent sized. In all, the play centre is clean, fun and the staff were very friendly. I’d highly recommend this play centre for your next family fun day out!!

We celebrated our sons 8th Birthday party today. We were so happy with everything, the service was amazing, food was tasty and plentiful. We loved the area that was set up for the party. Plenty space for a party of 50guest. The owner Rachel and her staff went above and beyond so thank you so much. We will definitely be back again to celebrate another milestone. Highly recommend this venue.

Such a great new place! We travelled from Penrith and was pleasantly surprised with the layout and the different things for the kids to play with that I haven’t seen in other play centre's. We spent $50 on food that was not very good quality, definitely over priced for what it was. However there was an older lady who works there who was extremely sweet and kind when I mentioned they forgot parts of our meal, very lovely lady. Overall I would definitely come back to this centre, very clean and spacious with lots of new things for the kids to explore.

As others have said, location and parking is not ideal for a kids play centre. I came in school holidays and it was absolutely packed which is understandable but for safety they should probably cap the number of children. There was no roaming staff at all to ensure safety for younger children from older children. I think it would be great for children 8 and above but not younger. Most slides are quite steep for younger children. If you are happy for older, confident kids to go wild then it’s the place for you. Avoid school holiday time if you or your children are overstimulated or overwhelmed easily.

A really fun new play centre and great addition to the area. Customer service was great both times we’ve been there, including when we held my son’s birthday party there on the weekend. Parking is limited but it’s not the end of the world to park on the street and walk a couple of minutes, especially when your kids and their friends (and even the grown ups) get to have a blast enjoying all of the play equipment 😊
