I visited this afternoon with my two little kids and oh my goodness—they absolutely loved it from start to finish! We went during peak time, so it was very busy, but the vibe was amazing. The place is huge, with plenty of space to accommodate lots of kids and a variety of activities to keep them engaged. The toilets and outdoor areas were super clean, which was great to see. Staff were friendly, helpful, and well-presented, with plenty on site to assist. We’ll definitely be back. Well done, team—keep up the great work!

Flip Out Smeaton Grange has had an awesome upgrade and a name change to Funhouse HQ! The recent renovations have really lifted the whole space. it’s clean, modern, and packed with fun things to do. The upgraded playground is a big win, especially for younger kids. The whole place feels fresh and full of energy, and there’s so much to do for all ages. The main trampoline arena is a blast with high bounce mats, and there’s a separate kid’s trampoline area which is great if you're bringing younger ones. There’s a jam packed arcade area, basketball court, a huge foam pit airbag to jump into, and even a timed challenge obstacle climbing course that’s great for a bit of friendly competition. There is also an Inflatable Wipeout and the Super Climber - which is like a rock climbing wall. They also have dedicated party spaces which look perfect for birthdays or group events. The on-site café is handy for grabbing a coffee or snack to refuel after a big play. Definitely worth a visit, heaps of variety and non-stop fun! Overall, it’s an energetic, well thought out space with something for all ages. Highly recommend checking it out!

Visited this flip out with my kids and grand children they loved it. It’s so big and has a large variety of trampolines and other activities for all aged children. It was well staffed and supervised. My only constructive criticism would be that they need a fenced off area for babies only. Like a 2 years and under. An area where the little ones can’t wonder off and are safe from other children jumping on them.

We had a birthday party there yesterday, Saturday 7/6/25. The kids had a great time, but we experienced something at the end of the session that made us feel very uncomfortable. Two children couldn’t attend the party, and we notified the front desk staff upon our arrival. We were told that if their spots weren’t filled by siblings or other guests, we would receive vouchers. That sounded fair, and we went on to enjoy the party. However, at the end, when we went to the front desk to collect the vouchers, we were told there would be none. What upset us most wasn’t just the sudden change, but the staff’s attitude—cold, unhelpful, confrontational, and unfriendly. It felt like we had done something wrong or were trying to take advantage of them. Seriously? It’s okay to make a mistake or to miscommunicate, but at least be honest and respectful to your customers. We weren’t the ones at fault here. We left feeling very disappointed and unhappy with how the situation was handled。🙁

Great service and everything went smoothly at my daughter’s birthday party. Just one small suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful to have tissues in the rooms, especially for kids’ parties, in case of spills or messes.
