Flip Out Smeaton Grange

Don’t go in a hot day. Too hot inside, no AC, two fans are running too slowly that they do not circulate any air. Imagine kids jumping in such a hot environment. Food is expensive to buy, maybe 3 times of the normal price. And you cannot bring any food from outside. Have to buy their expensive socks.

I had my son's 5th birthday here in January and it was great. Our party host was really nice! My son and his friends had the best time. We used the 1hr jumping voucher over the weekend and my son had fun and the staff were all friendly.

I had my sons birthday at Flip out Smeaton Grange. From the moment we got there, the staff had everything in order and ready to go. The staff were super helpful and I couldn't fault their efforts to make the birthday run smoothly. They even cut our self purchased cake and served it to our guests for us. The party rooms were clean and neat. All the kids had a great time while the parents were able to sit down and chat. The jump arena has a great number of staff floating around supervising- they were fast and willing to help/assist when needed. I would definitely recommend organising a party at flip out!

I visited this facility with my two children for a brief 60-minute period, and unfortunately, our experience was less than ideal. During our short time there, we were approached multiple times for seemingly minor issues, such as assisting my one-year-old son on the play equipment. We were also not asked to sit in the middle of the small children area ( we were watching our son). Additionally, we were queried multiple times about my 1 year old son’s wristband, which had slipped off, and was in my husband’s pocket. These interruptions made our visit uncomfortable. This led to a member of the team screaming over my husband about the wristband. Based on this experience, my family and I will not be returning to this facility in the future. Such a shame as we only went there for the kids to enjoy themselves!

First and last time ever going here. The staff are rude, with disgusting attitudes. There was one staff member supervising one side and would not allow me to walk around the sides with my 2 year old to protect her from all the older children that were not even watching where they were going. I was also told at the front that my 11 month old crawling baby did not need socks however when I was inside I was told she cannot SIT on the trampoline without socks????
