★★★★★Visited this flip out with my kids and grand children they loved it. It’s so big and has a large variety of trampolines and other activities for all aged children. It was well staffed and supervised. My only constructive criticism would be that they need a fenced off area for babies only. Like a 2 years and under. An area where the little ones can’t wonder off and are safe from other children jumping on them.

★★★★★We had our granddaughters combined party on Saturday. We had the party in the new mezzanine area. It looked great with the lights and backdrop, nice lounges to sit on. The area looked really good. Great set up. Pool table as well was played by some of the adults. The food staff and the whole party was so good. Highly recommend flip out Smeaton Grange. Daniel and Maya were so helpful and very friendly. The staff on the night were very pleasant and friendly. Definitely go back. Fantastic party and venue. Definitely a great place to go and also to have parties.

★★My kids have loved this place since it opened. We would make a trip every school holidays. However since the renovation, I must say they were both disappointed. All the big tramps are removed, the replaced the ninja warrior area which allowed plenty of kids to go at one time with activity that only allows one child at a time. The line was 20 deep when my kids jumped on and it takes about 1 minute to complete. Two of the new attractions weren't even opened. There wasn't enough areas for the parents to sit, plenty of empty table and chair reserved with bags or water bottles. Plenty of parents sitting on the stairs or the floor. Overall it was the first disappointing experience we have had there since it opened. My kids said as we drove out that they wished they had left it as it was, it was more fun the old way.

★★Took my son here recently. Unfortunately, we’re not fans of the new layout. The old setup was much better. Several trampoline areas have been replaced with non-trampoline spaces like extra party rooms and a single-person Ninja Warrior-style course, which had huge queues. The rock climbing wall and another section weren’t operating, yet we got charged full price. There are also two small basketball courts, but they’re not trampolines either. I came to jump and have fun, not stand around waiting in queues. My son after, 'I dont want to go back anymore' after going regularly for years.

★★We were excited to go to the new flipout here at smeaton grange and was highly disappointed when we went! There is hardly any trampolines and the ones there a small single ones and none of the big ones - the ninja course on wall was ok but could be Something heaps better. There is two basketball courts ?? Why ?? One would have been enough and could have put more trampolines instead. I thought this was flipout - trampolines - yet not enough trampolines. The climbing wall wasn’t operational ?? They have added more party rooms so they can get more $$ There wasn’t enough seats so had to sit in the party room and the new rooms block you from seeing your kids. Need more seats. Very disappointed and was expecting something better. Need to get rid of one of the basketball courts and add more big trampolines. Doubt we will visit as often as we did before.
