★★★★★Visited this flip out with my kids and grand children they loved it. It’s so big and has a large variety of trampolines and other activities for all aged children. It was well staffed and supervised. My only constructive criticism would be that they need a fenced off area for babies only. Like a 2 years and under. An area where the little ones can’t wonder off and are safe from other children jumping on them.

★We had a birthday party there yesterday, Saturday 7/6/25. The kids had a great time, but we experienced something at the end of the session that made us feel very uncomfortable. Two children couldn’t attend the party, and we notified the front desk staff upon our arrival. We were told that if their spots weren’t filled by siblings or other guests, we would receive vouchers. That sounded fair, and we went on to enjoy the party. However, at the end, when we went to the front desk to collect the vouchers, we were told there would be none. What upset us most wasn’t just the sudden change, but the staff’s attitude—cold, unhelpful, confrontational, and unfriendly. It felt like we had done something wrong or were trying to take advantage of them. Seriously? It’s okay to make a mistake or to miscommunicate, but at least be honest and respectful to your customers. We weren’t the ones at fault here. We left feeling very disappointed and unhappy with how the situation was handled。🙁

★★★★★Great service and everything went smoothly at my daughter’s birthday party. Just one small suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful to have tissues in the rooms, especially for kids’ parties, in case of spills or messes.

★How dare you! You charge so much to enter your facility. (Over $100 for 3 children! Thank goodness the under 24 months was free) Charge more to buy your socks. Sign waivers so your not responsible for injuries. Make adults pay to be around the equipment where they are supervising their children. The people you employee do not provide supervision, they stand around talking about eyelashes and shoes, pressing buttons when needed. This is an ideal place for parents who want to exhaust their kids while they sit around on their phones. For active parents who want to be involved, your establishment is a rort. Your pricing structure should include an adult when buying for kids and socks. Not an additional charge. Pull you socks up and make this more enjoyable instead of dampening the mood and extorting people of out of their money.

★★★★★Good place to arrange a small party. Bring kids they will enjoy the place and carers can have their time with kids.
