About This Venue
Croc’s Playcentre Rouse Hill, set on Commercial Road near The Fiddler, is a sprawling indoor adventure hub featuring multi-level play frames, slick slides, toddler zones and a Muffin Break café for grown-ups. Five themed party rooms—Jungle, Princess, Space, Baking and glow-in-the-dark Disco—let birthday groups match free-play time with recipe making, dance-offs or classic party games, all led by energetic hosts.
Classic room parties cater for eight children during a 90-minute session and unlimited playground access, priced from A $309. Each guest enjoys hot fries, three menu picks and bottomless cordial or water; Baking parties add DIY pizzas and cookies, while Disco sessions layer in glow sticks, dress-ups and dance routines. Extra children are charged per head, dietary swaps are available on request and families may bring their own cake. Full-centre hire grants three hours of exclusive access for up to 100 guests (additional fees apply beyond that). A refundable A $100 deposit secures room bookings (A $400 for private hire).

★I took my grandchildren here and was so disappointed to see such a dirty venue. The ball Pitt machine didn’t work, the trampoline was cordoned off and couldn’t be used, one of the cars were broken, the jumping castle was partially deflated and the place has broken bits everywhere. Trip hazards, dusty and the toilets smell unhygienic. Will not be revisiting.

★★Way too crowded for a small indoor play centre like Crocs, esp. in winter. Can barely walk freely without having to give way to others. Equipment looks fun, would have been a much better experience if number was controlled.

★★★★★We celebrated our daughter's bday here. A good indoor place to celebrate. We had the package of baking party and to be true, we choose this venue because of this particular activity. Very friendly and helpful staff. It can get extremely busy on the weekends due to a lot of parties and so the venue needs to hire a few more staff to make things quicker but overall it was good.

★Bit of a joke charging a 15% public holiday surcharge and you can't even turn on the air compressor for the ball cannons and other ball pit fun. Will be going to Lollipops from now on.

★★★★Great spacious play centre with lots of chairs and tables. Good coffee and friendly staff. My kids loved all the different play areas.
