About This Venue
Croc’s Playcentre Rouse Hill, set on Commercial Road near The Fiddler, is a sprawling indoor adventure hub featuring multi-level play frames, slick slides, toddler zones and a Muffin Break café for grown-ups. Five themed party rooms—Jungle, Princess, Space, Baking and glow-in-the-dark Disco—let birthday groups match free-play time with recipe making, dance-offs or classic party games, all led by energetic hosts.
Classic room parties cater for eight children during a 90-minute session and unlimited playground access, priced from A $309. Each guest enjoys hot fries, three menu picks and bottomless cordial or water; Baking parties add DIY pizzas and cookies, while Disco sessions layer in glow sticks, dress-ups and dance routines. Extra children are charged per head, dietary swaps are available on request and families may bring their own cake. Full-centre hire grants three hours of exclusive access for up to 100 guests (additional fees apply beyond that). A refundable A $100 deposit secures room bookings (A $400 for private hire).

★★★★Great spacious play centre with lots of chairs and tables. Good coffee and friendly staff. My kids loved all the different play areas.

★★★★★Great place to take the kids. Food is amazing. Staff are cheerful. I am worried about the concrete floor and kids falling over. There is also a few blind spots where u cant see the kids if youre sitting down. I would recommend removing the car ride on thing and replace it with something else because it's just a waste of space. No1 goes on it because it's just more money to ride it. If you also forget socks you can buy some at the front desk which are absolutely adorable. They have bathrooms and a parent room.

★The staff are young and clearly disengaged—they act like they’d rather be anywhere else, just going through the motions with no enthusiasm or care. We held my daughter’s birthday party here, and it was a complete disappointment. The event coordinator showed up late, the children’s meals were delayed, and the adult platters were a joke. The so-called seafood platter was 90% hot chips with a few token pieces of calamari and prawns. The hot food selection? Three spring rolls buried in yet more chips. The entire experience felt rushed, poorly managed, and completely overpriced. Save your money—this place is not worth it.

★★★The place was so good and fun for the kids. Our kids were so happy . The air condenser was so bad. It cost $15 per child. It had a cafe and food inside, I order a latte and it was not hot and was like water without the coffee.

★Disgusting. Every time my child goes to this centre they get sick with gastro. The jumping castle stinks like vomit, the entire place is dirty and the staff are a bunch of young teenagers who don’t care and don’t know how to clean properly. This place should be investigated for health and safety and shut down immediately. The equipment is also extremely dangerous, there is no restrictions on the number of children allowed in at a time and reading through these reviews there have been many serious incidents. Parents are forced to sign a waiver on arrival.
