Timezone Rouse Hill

I have been to this Timezone a few times more towards the end 2023/ early 2024. It has been over a year since I last visited the venue. My observations from my recent visit: - It is easy to get to by the Metro as it is pretty much opposite the station. Seems like lots of parking spots around the area too. - It is a clean venue and a good use of space. The arrangement of the machines didn't make it feel cramped. - It is one of the larger sites with dedicated party rooms, a 4 lane bowling alley, and laser tag. Love the idea of dedicated party rooms as it then allows other patrons to enjoy the venue when parties are taking place. - There were some games available here that were not available at other Timezones i have been to or at best, only 1 of the major sites. These ones were quite fun to experience. - Extremely limited claw machines. The prizes in those machines were plushes available at other Timezone sites. Even with the newer claw machine (4 sided type), the claw prizes were of much lower value and were not attractive at all to me compared to other Timezone sites I have been to. - Most game machines were working except for 1 or 2 during my visit. Those that i did play were all working fine. - Compared to my previous visits, the prizes for redemption were less varied and were not attractive to me. This Timezone seems to cater primarily for kids and lesser options for others who are young at heart compared to other Timezone locations i have been to, which was quite disappointing. - The staff on duty was ok, but in comparison to some of the other sites, they were less friendly, though they were still helpful. Though there were some attractive games, I'm not sure if I would be back anytime soon as I personally feel other Timezones have more to offer.

Victoria and Mansi are amazing hosts at Time Zone Rousehill. My daughter and her friends had blast for the birthday party. Thanks for all your help.

We had our daughter’s birthday at Timezone Rouse Hill and were lucky to have Sophia as our party host. She was energetic, organised, understanding, and truly caring with the kids, making sure everyone had a great time. As parents, we didn’t have to worry about a thing as she handled everything flawlessly. The whole experience was fun, smooth, and completely stress-free. They should have options of having food for parties like other locations. This was the only issue I had. But the rouse hill town centre food court did the trick.

We had a great experience celebrating my kid’s birthday party at Timezone. The staff member named Nickolas was super helpful throughout and made things easier for us. The kids had an amazing time. Definitely recommend for a fun and easy party.

Oliver C was our party organiser today. He was very helpful all the time. He explained the rules very well and assisted us throughout the party in the party hall. He helped us cutting and distributing the cake. Also did a great job in winding up the party table and things. Thank you Oliver for the help in order to make the party smooth and successful.
