Timezone Rouse Hill

I have been to this Timezone a few times more towards the end 2023/ early 2024. It has been over a year since I last visited the venue. My observations from my recent visit: - It is easy to get to by the Metro as it is pretty much opposite the station. Seems like lots of parking spots around the area too. - It is a clean venue and a good use of space. The arrangement of the machines didn't make it feel cramped. - It is one of the larger sites with dedicated party rooms, a 4 lane bowling alley, and laser tag. Love the idea of dedicated party rooms as it then allows other patrons to enjoy the venue when parties are taking place. - There were some games available here that were not available at other Timezones i have been to or at best, only 1 of the major sites. These ones were quite fun to experience. - Extremely limited claw machines. The prizes in those machines were plushes available at other Timezone sites. Even with the newer claw machine (4 sided type), the claw prizes were of much lower value and were not attractive at all to me compared to other Timezone sites I have been to. - Most game machines were working except for 1 or 2 during my visit. Those that i did play were all working fine. - Compared to my previous visits, the prizes for redemption were less varied and were not attractive to me. This Timezone seems to cater primarily for kids and lesser options for others who are young at heart compared to other Timezone locations i have been to, which was quite disappointing. - The staff on duty was ok, but in comparison to some of the other sites, they were less friendly, though they were still helpful. Though there were some attractive games, I'm not sure if I would be back anytime soon as I personally feel other Timezones have more to offer.

We had a birthday party on 9th October. Victoria, our host, was amazing. Thanks for the smooth experience, Victoria. Wish we had an on-site bathroom and earlier excess to our rooms as parents of the invited kids with younger siblings were struggling to find the space to sit with younger kids (eventually they left after dropping their older kids), and we had a lot of food and decorations with us. Though Victoria was kind enough to keep our stuff safe and bought it to our room when it was needed.

The party was great! Host Caitlin did a fantastic job — everything was organised very well, and my son gave the party a rating of one million! We have arrived early, the reception lady was very friendly and explained all the steps to us. We have had parties at other places, and this was the best one we have hosted.

We had a fantastic party at Rouse Hill Timezone. Our party host Jayden was just fantastic.. He took care of everything, kept me informed & he had a lovely warm, friendly & bubbly personality. We enjoyed the party, we weren't rushed, we were the last party for the night & Jayden let us stay in the room for as long as we needed. Will definitely go again.

Austin was a wonderful host. He had everything setup and ready to go when we arrived. We even added an additional guest when we arrived and that was also not a problem, he was able to organise everything on the spot! Austin took care of all our things/presents/cake/food/drinks that we have brought and had it stored for us in the staff room. It was one of the easiest parties I’ve organised.
