Staff where amazing (booking easy, very welcoming on arrival) the theatrics had the girls absolutely squealing in terror one minute and giggling the next. Great birthday experience. Huge thanks to Aimee, or should I say our non verbal kidnapper with a murderous slaughter face only a mother could love. Ps we did NOT escape 😂

My friends and I had the best time at Escape Reality in Newcastle! We had been wanting to do an escape room for a while, so when my friend booked me this as a surprise for my birthday, I was so excited! We did the ‘Bank Job’ escape room and we had an amazing time. It was such a fun and challenging experience, but was achievable and so satisfying to complete. There were multiple rooms and puzzles that we were not expecting. It was so creative and fun. Our game master Ronan was awesome and so was the other game master there. They went above and beyond to give us the best experience with clues, costumes, and support. We had an absolute blast! We can’t stop talking about it! I highly recommend Escape Reality Newcastle and can’t wait go back and complete the other escape rooms they offer. Thank you!

Amazing first experience, Luan was so energetic and clearly loved her job which made it so much more fun. I loved the level of difficulty of the Alcatraz room and the feeling we got when we solved it (with a bit of help) was exhilarating, will definitely continue to do this activity going forward.

Wow! How much fun!!!! We took our nieces (8 and 10 year olds) and they literally had a ball. It was challenging, yet the clues and staff seriously helped us so that we could totally enjoy our time in there. The girls kept talking about the room for hours later, with only good things to say. I’d recommend this room to anyone wanting to have a fun night out, while putting your thinking cap on!! Thank you for such an epic time - escape reality!!

Amazing Escape rooms with such a great concept of asking for clues, rooms are so well done. Highly recommended. Game master Luan - is such a fantastic game master, vibrant personality - made our whole experience and first time in Newcastle such an absolute pleasure even tho a concert we were attending was cancelled. The three escape rooms we did at the venue made up for it immensely, thanks again Lu.
