The boys had such a wonderful time at ninja parc! Even met one of the ninja rangers with my little boys name! Zane was amazing and the boys haven’t stopped talking about him. He and the other rangers of course were amazing but he in particular did activities with them and made sure their experience was spectacular! Thank you!. We had come for my boys 9th birthday and had not been to Newcastle before. My little one has always been scared of trying new things but loves anything ninja 🤣🤣.

Visited for the first time today with an 11yr old, 6yr old and 4yr old in tow. The high ropes course was awesome and major shout out to Annison, she was amazing with the kids as my youngest wasn't confident and needed help she took them through the whole course and encouraged them both. I later saw her with another old boy who was in tears at the top of the course and the kindness and compassion she showed the little boy crouching down telling him to breathe in and out was not just exceptional customer service but she was a lovely person. Hats off to you

I think I’ve unlocked the secret to school holiday parenting. Our two children had the best time in the holiday program today. The staff were friendly and encouraging and guided their groups through the range of activities. I sat with a book in the on-site cafe and saw them once in 3 hrs they were so engrossed with the facilities and making new friends. The new renovation is spectacular! Colourful, a range of activities for all difficulty levels and so, so fun! We’ve already booked to go again. Highly recommend!

This place is great for the kids, but the place was a mess! Rubbish on the floor. The bathrooms were dirty and bins full. Every single bin in the centre was over flowing. Would benefit from a staff member on floor duty especially during busy times.
