Flip Out Blacktown

The best flip out in Sydney! So much for the kids to do here compared to other flip outs! Facility was very clean and the staff was professional and helpful. Food service was quick and reasonably priced! No I didn’t get paid to make this review I literally drive 45 minutes to come here because it’s the best!

Visited Flip Out Blacktown on Saturday night and was very disappointed. The wall climb closes at 8:00 pm, but this isn’t mentioned online or at the venue. Google shows they’re open until 9:00 pm. Staff started packing up chairs and tables around 8:15 pm while patrons were still there, sliding furniture in an unsafe manner. Management should review CCTV and address these issues. Unacceptable experience

Thank you Flip out Blacktown staff. I hired this venue privately for my daughter’s birthday and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The staff were organised, attentive, and extremely friendly from start to finish. They even allowed us to come in early to set up, which made the whole night run so much more smoothly. Everyone had a fantastic time, and we really appreciated how accommodating the team was. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely RIDICULOUS that you have to have ‘flip it socks’ or you can’t jump. Just another way of getting money from people. I have been managing play centre for 8yrs+ and have never heard of a policy like this. ANY GRIP SOCKS SHOULD BE ALLOWED. Too bad if my autism niece refuses to wear these socks, I will never come back. And not to mention I could NOT see an adult staff and wanted to speak to a manager and I asked how old the manger was as I will not speak to a minor and got told ‘can’t tell you that’. Sorry what, at least tell me if I’m going to be speaking with a mature adult or a minor who can’t handle complaints. GET SOME OLDER STAFF OR BETTER MANAGEMENT.

We had an incredible time at Flip Out Blacktown! The trampolines, foam pits, and ninja courses kept everyone entertained, and the atmosphere was full of energy and fun. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and super safe for the kids to enjoy. A huge shoutout to Bella, our party host, who went above and beyond to make our experience extra special! She was so friendly, patient, and full of enthusiasm—making sure the kids had the best time ever. Her energy and attention to detail made the party run smoothly, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. If you're planning a party or just looking for a great place to have fun, Flip Out Blacktown is the place to be! Thanks again to Bella for being an absolute star! 🌟🎉
