Having young kids and been to a few of these in my time this one is by far one of the better ones around, big spaces and plenty for the kids to do , food is also well priced , not like a few play centres that take advantage of stingy you , typical food offerings ,

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Management We had a highly disappointing experience during a recent birthday party hosted at this venue. The manager was extremely rude and displayed a complete lack of courtesy and professionalism towards customers. Rather than being accommodating, she insisted that guests strictly follow the venue’s terms and conditions — yet she herself failed to meet basic service expectations. Key issues included: • Poor Food Service: Some food items meant for the children, such as pizza and fries, were only brought out after the party had finished. This was confirmed as a communication failure on their end. • No Basic Amenities: Despite multiple requests, no drinking water was provided to the kids. Plates were not even distributed — they were simply left on the table with no guidance. • Unexpected Charges: We were charged an additional $35 just for bringing in a second cake (which we had purchased for $50). This fee was never clearly communicated in advance. • Low Quality Adult Meals: The food served to adults was not properly cooked, further adding to the disappointment.

I had a small family gathering for my twins birthday it was literally 5 adults and 5 kids I was not allowed to bring in 12 cupcakes because of a cake fee of $35. Like wow a single mum trying to do her best couldn't even bring in cakes for her kids. Then on top of that my children were then accused of taking a party hat that was then found on the floor from an Indian family with 25 kids there. I will not be returning nor do I recommend this establishment you guys have no compassion and definitely put a huge rain on my kids day. I was abused last year so bad by my ex partner he broke my neck back eye socket ankle and heel this is the father of my twins and I barely got to give them a birthday last year so thank you so much for showing me what I mean to you as not only a customer but as a human being. Business lost from here 🙅🏻‍♀️ also I'll be reporting you to fair trading and a few other places maybe compassion this time could of gone a long way.

Dirty and so dusty so much so that I even had allergies an I just sat down in there itchy as, expensive too you’d expect it to be clean soon as you walk in you’ll see the dust and toilet stinks of dirty diapers no toilet paper urine on floors. It’s never been cleaned.. for my 2 year old only it is $19 do expensive I’ll not come again!! crocs is way better an only $7.50 in week days too much bigger an cleaner.. also they advertise for ‘drop & shop’ they don’t do that here it’s a lie. Honestly don’t waste your money here it’s a let down not sanitary at the least. And the staff are not happy or liking their jobs.. will never be back first a last time for us. And the green strep slide cut kids legs it lifts up at end you can hear when walking on it metal lifts cuts your kids legs !
