Great place for kids. We had a party for our child and I got to sit back and relax while the kids played. No cleaning no stress just fun. All the kids left happy and exhausted. Everything was clean and all the staff were friendly.

First time here with a group of friends
It's a nice area with plenty of parking easy access only down fall was the train and jumping castle was not working when we we're there.
If you come with multiple kids it's abit expensive especially when things don't work. But I got a discount because my daughter was sleeping.
Coffee wasn't to bad better than other play centres. Overall my son had a good time with friends.

I had a small family gathering for my twins birthday it was literally 5 adults and 5 kids
I was not allowed to bring in 12 cupcakes because of a cake fee of $35. Like wow a single mum trying to do her best couldn't even bring in cakes for her kids. Then on top of that my children were then accused of taking a party hat that was then found on the floor from an Indian family with 25 kids there. I will not be returning nor do I recommend this establishment you guys have no compassion and definitely put a huge rain on my kids day. I was abused last year so bad by my ex partner he broke my neck back eye socket ankle and heel this is the father of my twins and I barely got to give them a birthday last year so thank you so much for showing me what I mean to you as not only a customer but as a human being. Business lost from here 🙅🏻♀️ also I'll be reporting you to fair trading and a few other places maybe compassion this time could of gone a long way.
