We had a great time at Monkey Mania! The play area is spacious, clean, and has plenty of activities to keep the kids entertained for hours. The staff were helpful and kept everything running smoothly, which made the whole visit stress-free. The seating area for parents is comfortable, and the food options were surprisingly good for a play centre.
Overall, it’s a perfect spot for kids to burn energy safely, and we’ll definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended for birthdays, playdates, or even a quick weekend outing!

We had our child’s birthday party here last week. While the venue itself was fine, we were disappointed with the staff experience. The staff were not very friendly or approachable, which made it difficult to communicate during the event.
Unfortunately, the party host did not engage or entertain the kids as expected, and the children were left without much interaction or excitement. At one point, the host accidentally dropped by (bumped into) someone but did not apologise, which was quite unprofessional.
We hope management can look into improving staff friendliness and ensure party hosts are more engaging and courteous. This would make a big difference to the overall experience for families.

I currently went here for a birthday party and I LOVED IT. The party host Imogen made such a nice connection with the kids and they couldn't wait for the next time they go. Parents, do yourself a favour and book Monkey Mania. And by the way, Imogen definitely needs a raise!

Play areas and facility is great and it's the staff and their efforts that makes this even better. We have been here a couple of times now and I can see how fast they clean and arrange the venues for multiple birthdays, cheer the kids etc.,. Food is good and menu has decent options. Ample parking and great location for a lazy day out.

amazing place my son love it. most of staff are nice and friendly although there is one old lady that does not really smile here and customer service sucks. we came monday morning and she was the only one on duty like no greetings no smile no whatever.
