About This Venue
Flip Out Charlestown sits inside Charlestown Square and is purpose-built for jumpers under 12. Wall-to-wall trampolines, wipe-out challenges, soft-play zones and a café create a bright space where kids burn energy while adults watch from the comfort of air-conditioned lounges.
Birthday choices mirror the wider Flip Out family: weekday and Cool packages run 90 minutes, Awesome stretches to two hours and the lights-down Insane Party tops out at two-and-a-half. Each catered tier bundles at least an hour of supervised flips, hot and cold party food, cordial or water, an ice-cream cake, grip socks, printable invitations and a dedicated host; higher tiers add silicone wristbands and tattoos. Families who prefer full control can book the Self-Catered Party—90 minutes of jumping plus a two-hour table with no minimum guest count. Deposits lock in the date, and staff finalise numbers by phone early in the party week.

Play area for toddlers available too. We spent an hour in there. Toilets were close to the play area which was easily accessible.

★★★★★We went to Flip Out Junior Charlestown today and my 3 year old had a blast. It is so clean, tidy and well maintained. There is so much for the little ones to do without fear of the bigger kids tumbling them over. By far the best indoor play area in the Newcastle area. The staff are so friendly and attentive and plenty of room for the adults to sit and keep an eye on the kids. We will absolutely be back!

★★Went to Flip Out today for the first time. The equipment was good and the kids had a blast. However, Customer Service was poor besides the Manager who was lovely. Staff in the kitchen need to follow food safety procedures and not have their hair down. Staff where seen to be eating fresh cooked food from the trays on 2 occasions. First by one of the parents who was with me at the centre and then I witnessed it also. I did inform the Manager. Staff at the Cafe just ignored you standing there waiting to purchase a item would look and keep walking. I wont be going back in a hurry

★Booked and paid for my daughter’s second party. Staff were rude from the start, unhelpful and uninterested. Given they were supposed to be a party “host” all of the people who attended commented on it. It was embarrassing. I paid for an extra hour - this was all too hard for the staff who started packing our food and drinks up half an hour before the party finished and didn’t allow the kids a chance to even finish before they were shoving us out of the room. I would never recommend and all the adults who attended with their kids made comment they would never return based on the same.
