Flip Out Charlestown

Fairly new so there are a few things to sort out (like a shoe stand for example). Nice and big space to explore with plenty of options for bigger kids to choose from. Play area for toddlers available too. We spent an hour in there. Toilets were close to the play area which was easily accessible.

We went to Flip Out Junior Charlestown today and my 3 year old had a blast. It is so clean, tidy and well maintained. There is so much for the little ones to do without fear of the bigger kids tumbling them over. By far the best indoor play area in the Newcastle area. The staff are so friendly and attentive and plenty of room for the adults to sit and keep an eye on the kids. We will absolutely be back!

Must wear their branded grip socks. Sure but your delivery of info is rubbish. Customer service is paramount for return customers. They have great support girls however.

This is such a great clean indoor play area. The staff are super friendly and very attentive at observing the children for safety reasons. Chloe one of the staff had a lovely chat with me about how much she loves her job. It was super positive to hear her enjoyment. My 3 year old has a fantastic time and we will be back!

I would really love to commend the lovely woman helping us with our son's party today but I don't remember ber her name. She was amazing, things were so hectic and busy but she made sure we had everything we needed and took great care of us!! The kids had a blast jumping around, the cake and service was fabulous. Super impressed, thanks so much for making my boy's 6th birthday one to remember!
