Absolutely not. Would not recommend as it is to hot and no supervision for children no staff and what staff they do have don’t even have to wear proper uniform just tiny bike shorts. The under 5s section is dark and in a back corner with no staff supervision, I also could not see any security cameras so mums and dads looking for a secure safe place this is not it. I was appalled at the chaos and how out of control everything was. No sections to keep our bubs safe who are exploring for the first time as no one corrects children. Would be a great idea to update your safety and training situations and have more staff.

Been there couple of years back in summer days and it was too hot inside. Went again there after a long time and it's still hot as before. They only have fans which makes it even hotter. It's a decent place for fun activities but I wonder why the management is not looking into this and introducing some air conditioning. Kids love to play there but in the end they are exhausted because of the dehydration in such humid environment. I'm sure they don't bother about these reviews as other people have mentioned this issue before too. The only way looking is to report them to the health and safety authorities for inspection. If you're going there with smaller kids in summer make sure they wear light clothes and keep them hydrated during the activities still then they will end up red skin in the end as per my experience. I hope somehow they realize and fix it before any health mishap.

This was our first time here and it was amazing! We arrived right at opening time so it was very quiet and numbers did build in the 2 hour play period. Excellent fun and the staff were great!

Organised chaos.
Kids were enjoying themselves and that's the main thing.
Very young staff so you have to watch the younger children yourself as the older ones just bounce on them. Not once did staff stop bigger kids from coming into under 5s area. Storage under viewing platform limited movement around tables. Could be cleaned up for better traffic areas.
