About This Venue
Flip Out Gosford, set just off the Central Coast Highway in West Gosford, is a warehouse-style trampoline arena packed with wall-to-wall bounce decks, ninja obstacles, foam pits and a spectator café. Glass-fronted party rooms and reserved table bays overlook the action, letting parents relax with coffee while kids launch flips below.
Birthday tiers follow the Flip Out playbook: Mid-Week and Cool packages run 90 minutes, Awesome stretches to two hours, and the lights-down Insane Party tops out at two-and-a-half. Every catered option bundles at least an hour of supervised jump time, hot and cold party food, cordial or water, an ice-cream cake, grip socks, printable invitations and a dedicated host; silicone wristbands and temporary tattoos appear in higher tiers. Families wanting to BYO menu can book the Self-Catered Party—90 minutes of jumping plus a two-hour table with no guest minimum. Deposits secure the date, and staff confirm final numbers early in party week.

★★Midweek visit. First time visiting since the renovations. A gold star for friendly, helpful and understanding staff. Anothet for a Clean safe attempt at rejuvenating the space. However, A midweek visit at $20 per child when a signifcant portion of the trampolining area was closed for half our visit, is really disappointing. This was the one area that provided real excitement for my kids. I was told this is because on weekdays it is quieter and there are not enough staff rostered on to have the entire park open. I appreciate the need to keep smaller children safe, and ensure adequate supervision while limiting overheads but expecting people to pay full price for a portion of the ammentieies is disappointing. I'm not sure how/if the business may be able to address this? Guardians note that you have to take your shoes off to access the toilets to protect the new floor matting and then put them on again to keep your feet dry and clean. For most this isn't a big deal but if ypu have mobility challenges or special footwear it might be problematic. When certain areas are closed there is signage up but the areas are still wide open so this might be challenging and confusing for smaller children.

★The worst flip out I’ve ever been to from Sydney to the central coast. Every area was closed including the main trampoline. The two areas that were open was a small trampoline with a basketball hoop and a ninja warrior area. My husband was told to get off the ninja area while he held our 3 year old son who was hanging in the air trying to do the rope swings because he had normal socks on. You’re unable to get a refund once you notice majority of the areas are closed and can’t be accessed. There’s also no food besides packets of chips, cookies, ice cream and lollies and if you bring a lunchbox for your child, they’ll tell you they don’t allow any outside food.

★★★★★My daughter and her friend loved the new renovations. Two hours of non stop fun! They raved about the extra bouncy trampolines, they played ball games, there is a new obstacle course and of course their favourite activity was flipping into the foam pits and the extra long tumbling tramp. They have asked when they can go back again already!

★★★Good to see some new areas put in place, the older kids had a great time but I would recommend not purchasing an adult ticket. There’s no sections that adults can jump alongside their younger children (under 130cm) as we had done previously. You are allowed to supervise younger children from the sides without purchasing a jumping ticket. Unfortunately we pre purchased online and didn’t discover this problem until we were already into our session. Staff were 50/50 some very polite and helpful others not so much. Would bring older children back but wouldn’t buy a adult ticket again.

★★First time visiting since the renovation. We were regular visitors pre this. We did the playgroup session so great value for money and lovely staff, but most people I spoke to said they liked the previous set up better. There is no age free/height free zone. I could no longer jump with my kids. Toddlers can go on either end of a zone, but not in the middle, but no clear distinction. I completely understand the need to protect the little ones. Mine are only 2 and 3, but there is no separation of spaces and everyone was quite confused. Lots of dead space. Areas are opened in rotation so you no longer have access to the whole area. Soft playground has also been removed. Hopefully these are just short term issues as staff also said it’s hard to manage.
