Such an awesome place! Huge soft play area and little toddler bikes they can ride around, awesome arcade area with token machine and hot chips to die for!

Haven’t been here in years, was extremely disappointed to see the little go kart area which was free for everyone to use, has now been removed and replaced with slot machines for kids, as if you aren’t already paying enough to get in.
When parents go to a play centre it’s usually because they want their child to be active and play, not be distracted by all the flashing lights of the claw machines etc. A lot of kids were fixated on that area as it’s lit up like a pokies room.
Fair enough if there’s a few machines, but it was packed out in a whole section that was once filled with little ride on cars, for all the kids to enjoy and be active. Very distasteful choice.
The facility itself was worn down and hasn’t seem to have had any improvements or upgrades in over 8 years since I’ve gone. Missing toys and features.
The black mould covering the ceiling, with the blaring radio music was the cherry on top of a very unpleasant time.
The staff were friendly, no criticism there.
Also note attendees are incentivised to post a 5 star review in order to get a voucher. I would take the 5 star reviews with a grain of salt.
I would recommend taking your money elsewhere, other play centres on the coast that actually put in effort into an enjoyable well kept space and don’t have arcade machines as a huge feature. Will not be returning.

Monkey Mania Gosford is hands down the best! My 4-year-old absolutely loves it – the ball shooters and under 5s area are his favourites, and it’s such a great spot for little ones. The facilities are always spotless, the food is surprisingly good (he never misses out on nuggets and chips!), and the membership is such great value. We’ve been regulars here for over 8 years and it’s still our go-to local play centre. The games area and token system are a fun bonus, and it’s the perfect regular Monday activity for us to burn some energy – especially when the weather is wet! We love meeting up here with our friends! Highly recommend! 🐒

Brought my daughter here for the first time today! She has had the absolute best morning ever!
The play centre is spacious and clean and I love how adults can fit in the climbing structure.
The ball machines are so much, and the party disco lights bring a whole new element of fun!
The digital amusement section is also a lot of fun with games suitable for most ages (I would say under 10). We will be becoming members and will be coming back with friends!

This place used to be amazing but today's experience was so disappointing.
The staff are lovely. No issue there. But half the things are broken. The two ball things that the kids love the most. The token machine.
It is all tired and run down.
You now have to buy something downstairs to get free parking which is fine but you then cannot take it into Monkey Mania. Conversely, if you buy in Monkey Mania it doesn't count for free parking.
There is an awful sewage smell coming from the bathrooms.
