Jack was professional and very patient with my multiple emails in the lead up to our booking ! Due to the weather, we had to have a plan b and Jack went out of his way to ensure we had one and felt at ease through the whole process. Fantastic. For our Bey Blade party our entertainer Moe arrived in plenty of time to get set up and answer my son's 101 questions. The kids were engaged the whole time and it was all well organised with plenty of equipment for every child to play. Everyone had a great time.
