I just wanted to say a big thank you to the team at PCYC for their amazing support recently. I had lost my Samsung earbuds and came back searching for them over two days. Marvin, Jack , and the rest of the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me. Everyone here has been so genuine, kind, and supportive — not just to me, but clearly to all who walk through the doors. It’s rare to find a place where people truly care and are willing to help those in need without hesitation. I’m really grateful for the way I was treated and just want to give a heartfelt thank you to the whole team. You made a stressful situation so much easier, and it really shows the kind of values this place is built on. Thank you again — keep up the amazing work!

Facilities are ok, no AC in the stadium which can get really hot in summer. Sadly no fans either which would make a massive difference. Snack bar has the essentials. Playing surface albeit worn is not dusty and good for grip.

The service is honestly terrible. They don't answer phone calls no matter how many times you try. On top of that, they told me the 2–4 PM slot was available, but later claimed it wasn't. If it's not available, why say it is? Completely unprofessional and frustrating.

Didn't let us book the time we wanted. Didn't call back after 20 hours. My friend asked and they said 2-4 was available and put them on hold. He called them back and said 2-4 was unavailable
