The meeting rooms are good size but when you book a room, I would expect some set up ready, at least tables and chairs in the room. The rooms need modernisation, no av equipment, the rooms are looking OLD and tired. They need to have carpets and chairs cleaned, tables scrubbed.

We played a D1 game here recently and had a very disappointing experience.
During the game, the opposing players repeatedly made aggressive contact and pushed our teammates to the ground several times. There were no fouls called, and some players even taunted us after the contact. At one point, we clearly heard the word “monkey” directed toward our team.
When we raised concerns about the officiating, the response we received was not professional. One female referee made a dismissive hand gesture and pointed at us in a disrespectful manner. Meanwhile, minor physical contact from our side was immediately called as fouls.
Instead of addressing the situation or reviewing what happened, we were asked to leave the court despite having paid to participate. We simply questioned what we felt was unfair treatment.
As paying players, we expected basic fairness and respectful officiating. This experience was upsetting, and we hope the venue reviews referee conduct, ensures proper oversight, and creates a fair and respectful environment for all participants.

Great staff. Unfortunately the government needs to put its hands in its pockets and fix this venue which it's not. Not enough seating, no proper working bubblers and no adequate ventilation or fan in the ceiling to name just a few problems. The venue gets so much use that it's hard to get spaces booked yet no funding seems to filter into the hugely popular space. Shame on the inner west council neglecting this centre.

Facilities are ok, no AC in the stadium which can get really hot in summer. Sadly no fans either which would make a massive difference. Snack bar has the essentials.
Playing surface albeit worn is not dusty and good for grip.
