Jungle Buddies - Party and Play

We had our daughter’s birthday party at Jungle Buddies with the Platinum Package and it was a great experience! The kids had so much fun in the play centre and loved the private party room including the face painting and dancing. There was plenty of food and drinks, and the staff were really friendly — our guests gave lots of compliments. The restrooms were clean and everything went smoothly from booking to the end. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant visit to this place. Nice hospitality from the staff especially Blake who took care of us. The playground is quite big, so many things kid can try. My kid loved being there and he told me he wanted to come again. The car parking is in the basement. Easy parking.

Designed to pump as much money out of you as possible. Can’t bring your own sandwiches for your kids. Dead quiet during the day. Used to be a weekly visit with all our grandkids but no more.

Celebrated my daughters 2nd birthday today, and from start to finish it was organized very well by their team. When we walked in and approached the front desk, their customer service was fantastic. The girls at the desk were welcoming, congratulated our girl on her birthday, gave us the itinerary and showed us to our tables. The adult food platters came on time and the quality of food was amazing! Had a lot of compliments from my guests that they were amazed on the portion sizes and taste. At the time of the kids party room, they announced on speaker congratulating my daughter on her birthday and to head to the party room. The kids had so much fun and their party host 'Scarlett' was so professional, kind, fun and most of all patient with the kids. After the party room the kids were able to play unlimited at the center which is the BEST! I will definitely recommend Jungle Buddies and will have another party there again. Points: - Undercover parking with car park lifts directly going to Jungle Buddies Level. - We had 'Deluxe Unicorn theme party' for our 2 year old. - We ordered 2x Ultimate Food Packages which was enough for our 24 adult guests. They get served about 20-30 minutes after your booked party start time. The food was so much (which is a good thing) that I was surprised on how big the portions were! I think they generally feed about 30-34 people for 2 packages. - Soft Drink package. 1 package was enough for 24 people. - You will be looking at just over $1500 (Including balloons), but for us it was worth it because of the experience, how effortless it was to plan and organize things, communication between us and the party planners were great leading up to the party date, customer service at the venue was great, the party hosts being fantastic, the play equipment was fun + unlimited and the kids loved it, and the quality of food was great! I will be back again!! 02/07/2025 - I Celebrated Alina's 5th Birthday party again at Jungle Buddies and it was yet again - an amazing experience! Please give my compliments to your entire team, and also a shout out to BLAKE!! He was such a wonderful person and I was amazed on how great service him and the entire team had :) Thank you BLAKE!!! I hope to have another party there again in future.
