Packages cover themed décor, host service, hot and cold share plates for adults, kid-friendly meals, cordial, water and a gelato treat. Extra guests are $20 pp up to a room cap of 40. Been to acouple of play centres this one is one of the cheapest they have 1hr - 2hr options (2hrs $25) but if you spend $30 on food they give you an extra hr free. Food options good and the play area is actually around the edges so parents can sit anywhere in the middle and can see their children. Ps make sure the kids go toilet 1st as there is no toilets inside the play centre.

We bring my grand son here are he loves it. It’s great for the toddlers during the week when it’s not so busy. It’s usually packed out during the week end. They have a small cafe located inside so you can have refreshments and a bite to eat. They have all these different activity stations so the kids get to choose where they want to play. My grandson loved the slide that falls into the ball pit. Staff are great

Zero Stars - Avoid at All Costs! I am writing this review to warn everyone: do not go to this play centre. My recent visit was an absolutely disgusting experience, and I wouldn't want any other parent to put their children at risk. The entire place was filthy, and I mean truly filthy. The smell alone was enough to make me want to leave immediately. The toys were covered in grime and who knows what else, making them completely unappealing and potentially hazardous. The play equipment was just as bad – dirty and clearly not cleaned regularly. The floors were sticky and littered with who knows what. Even the couches were stained and unclean. Honestly, this place needs to be shut down until it can be thoroughly cleaned and maintained to a safe standard. It's a health hazard, and I would never recommend it to anyone. My experience was so bad that I won't be returning, and I urge others to stay away as well.

This is the first time I've been there, and it should be the last time! I was a little surprised by this store. That day, I with my friends went to there to bring our child to kids cafe play!My child is 11 months old. When I paid, the staff actually asked me for the child's ID. Excuse me! I really want to ask who will take the child's ID out? the child's birth certificate is as A4 size large!I didn't answer him. I said I didn't bring it. He said otherwise the passport would be fine! I'm really convinced! I really don't want to go in if my friends are not inside! I really went to so many kids cafes and heard about the child's ID for the first time. If you say this, the price like 6-11months You can charge directly.

Not suitable for toddlers 🥲 Spent the whole time dragging my child away from Dyson and other cleaning equipment that was just lying around, the kitchen which was out in the open with no barrier, the bin which was also right in the midst of the play area, other customers’ coffee cups which were placed on very low tables (bean bag sitting). I can see how this would be an okay setup for babies that can’t yet get into things or older children that know not to, but for me & my 13 months old it was an extremely stressful experience. Kind of the opposite of what kids cafes should be about 🫤 Positives: very nice staff, good coffee 😀
