★★★★★Had an amazing Sunday night here thanks to Charlie and the staff. Security was also super friendly and professional. From the moment you walk in the vibes are great, cartoon characters on the wall and a massive robot behind the bar instantly caught my attention. A variety of themed cocktails in fun styled cups were available and could be ordered from QR codes during both bowling and karaoke. Service was quick, prices and hospitality were wonderful. Ended up forgetting a phone behind but security was kind enough to let me go back and check for it. Would definitely go back again.

★Honestly was a pretty disgusting experience. Fair enough if you're paying $20 for a game of bowling and get that environment but when a game costs $100 for 4 people PER GAME... surely you expect the place to at least be clean. Cups were left all over the table lane, balls were full in the bay and there were that many staff around twiddling their thumbs. Oh not to mention the stains on almost every seat where we were. You thought that was it? Nahhh go to the toilet after we finished to see a half eaten burger and drink on the sink... and the toilets are trashed! Keep in mind this is 1pm on a sunday and the place had a few families so no party goers but i guess leftover burgers for the kids to eat? For the price to actually play, youd think some of that would go towards cleaning the place... disgusting and ruined our family day. Where i'm from its $20 for a game and its actually a clean, safe environment.

★★★★Rainy Sunday, looking for something indoors to do with the kids = Strike 10 Pin Bowling. Luckily we managed to secure a lane at the Darling Harbour location so was a Sunday trip with the fam into the city. Was busy with many others thinking the same thing as all lanes were booked the whole time we were there. Also loads of people using the virtual darts and escape rooms. So much easier nowadays that you don’t need to wear those terrible bowling shoes. Only took a couple of mins to get set up in the system and ready to bowl. Kids enjoyed it, especially our daughter with the music selection. Grabbed a few nibbles to keep us going between games, both the fries and potato gems tasted great, just needed to be a bit more generous with the serving size. Grabbed some soft drinks for the kids but just overpriced when it’s that post mix crap and the majority of the glass is filled with ice. Just offer cans so people feel they are getting their money’s worth. Good for a wet weather day option.

★Customer service was great but the bowling alleys itself is horrible. Poor selection of balls and the lanes are super crammed. They dont even give you proper bowling shoes and you are pretty much stuck with whatever balls already exist in your lane. I usually like the other strike locations but this one was horrible. The carpet was wet and sticky and couches had stains too.

★★★★★My partner and I did the shutdown escape room- we didn’t escape but the person looking after us (Cody) was absolutely amazing and made the experience a 10/10. They bantered with us and explained everything perfectly, they are a wonderful asset to the strike bowling team!! If we ever want to be trapped in a room for 50 minutes while getting yelled at by a computer again, we’re definitely coming back! Thank you Cody!!!
