Strike Bowling Darling Harbour

Rainy Sunday, looking for something indoors to do with the kids = Strike 10 Pin Bowling. Luckily we managed to secure a lane at the Darling Harbour location so was a Sunday trip with the fam into the city. Was busy with many others thinking the same thing as all lanes were booked the whole time we were there. Also loads of people using the virtual darts and escape rooms. So much easier nowadays that you don’t need to wear those terrible bowling shoes. Only took a couple of mins to get set up in the system and ready to bowl. Kids enjoyed it, especially our daughter with the music selection. Grabbed a few nibbles to keep us going between games, both the fries and potato gems tasted great, just needed to be a bit more generous with the serving size. Grabbed some soft drinks for the kids but just overpriced when it’s that post mix crap and the majority of the glass is filled with ice. Just offer cans so people feel they are getting their money’s worth. Good for a wet weather day option.

Stayed in Sydney last weekend and was looking for something fun to do, came across strike on the harbour and decided to give it a go. Was instantly met with amazing hospitality from one of the wait staff, wish I could give her a shout out but I didn't get her name unfortunately! I got the mirror mirror with my partner and she even offered to take a photo of us with the drink! Karaoke and bowling was a lot of fun and same staff member came to check if we wanted any extra drinks at one point & showed me directions to bathroom when I looked a little lost! 10/10 experience, would definitely come again when I'm in the area!

So much fun with loads of different activities! We went to have 1 game of bowling and left 4 hours later after bowling, darts, and escape room and plenty of cocktails! The staff were so lovely and accommodating, and wanted to make sure we had a fabulous time!

The escape room was very realistic but mostly digital based. Clues not so helpful and came via a tv. Staff were happy to help but you need to ring the phone for clues. Probably wouldn't come back.

It was a fun experience, public transport nearby and access to nearby dining is a plus. Would definitely consider attending again as it was well priced with lots of food and drink options. A great experience for for the family or work colleagues.
