Be careful when purchasing the 2-game bowling package. Nowhere during the purchase process were we clearly informed that the games were time-limited.
We were only on the 6th or 7th frame of our second game when I stepped away to buy another round of drinks for our group. When I returned, our lane had already been shut down. Apparently, there had been a message displayed on the screen, but it wasn't obvious what it meant. Since the venue closes at 2:00 AM and it was only around 1:00 AM, we naturally assumed we had enough time to finish our game.
To make matters worse, someone else had already taken over our lane before we even realized what had happened. No staff member approached us to explain the situation, and nobody seemed particularly concerned.
I had also just purchased another drink, thinking we still had time left to bowl. After moving to the couches, my friend noticed that my glass was cracked. I requested a refund, but instead of addressing the issue, the staff insisted on replacing the drink and offered no apology. One staff member's response upon seeing the broken glass was simply, "Oh shit."
Unfortunately, the poor service started from the beginning of the night. While delivering our drinks, a staff member spilled and broke a glass because the serving tray had been placed unevenly on the table. Again, there was no apology. The broken glass was cleaned up, but the area beside us was left wet. I was genuinely concerned that small glass fragments may have splashed into our drinks during the spill. **Burned and dark onion rings.
It's disappointing to experience this level of service in such a popular tourist area. We're locals who were simply out for a casual night, but I can only imagine how visitors would feel if this was their introduction to the venue.
Overall, the experience was frustrating from start to finish. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and disappointing customer service. We left feeling frustrated, disappointed, and like we'd completely wasted our money. First time here, and definitely the last.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but Johnny absolutely deserves one.
He hosted our work event at Strike Bowling, and he was genuinely one of the best hosts I’ve ever come across. His enthusiasm, positivity, and warm personality were contagious. He made everyone feel welcome, kept the energy high all night, and somehow managed to make every single person in our group feel included.
What stood out most was how authentic he was. You could tell he genuinely loves what he does and takes pride in making sure everyone has an amazing time. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of passion and care to their job, and it made such a difference to our experience.
Johnny is an absolute asset to Strike. I really hope management recognises what a fantastic employee they have, because people like him are the reason customers come back. Thank you, Johnny, for making our work event one we’ll all remember!
