★★★★Went with 7 people from 11 - 40+ years old and it was SO GOOD - highly recommended BUT THERE IS ONE thing to know. The place only opens at the time of the first booking for the day. We showed up 15 mins early and when the lift opened there was a really sketchy looking locked gate and a sign that said “WE’RE CLOSED”. Was really upsetting as it looks like the place is out of business. However, we went up to the 6th floor and the lovely escape room person told us to hang out for 15 mins and then try again - at the exact time our booking started the place was open, ready to go and beautifully smooth. Once we were in it was a great experience. Tech was excellent, staff were great and it all worked well - very smooth and fun.
