Hi Strike! This is my first time visiting Strike after hearing that this Strike arcade has gotten a secret maimai FiNALE machine (the second one I found in Sydney alone, so far! And the third maimai cab in the entire Macquarie centre). The atmosphere here is spectacular with all the amenities and themes chosen, and it's something that I wish I could experience more often/locally.
Although my only critique here that I would like to make aware on how the maimai FiNALE Machine functions in this arcade. I could determine that there is unfortunately, a very good chance that this machine is currently under-maintained, considering that while the buttons on the right cabinet work great and the machine seems to be in good condition, those buttons were the only 'usable' ones I could play on while needing to read the notes from the left screen, who's buttons were not responsive. While I could not show a picture of this happening (except for the highest score I got with this cab!), I will note that I have paid to play this game three times to figure out how to play the game properly (how to look straight to the screen as I tap the buttons). Until, it came to my attention that the screens compatible for each side were likely switched over to their opposite relative (monitor) and therefore very puzzling to play the game altogether.
I can also add that the song choice is also a bit limited (only four genres from Pop & Anime, SEGA and two more that I don't remember. The other arcade did have more song and genre options) but I understand if this is something that cannot be modified as the song choice is still valid and not something I'm really concerned about as a maimai player.
I know that with great maintenance/additional help from tech experts with solving these problems (including the left display's buttons!), this arcade would be thriving with this maimai machine and be a great destination for maimai archeologists and old souls to unlock memories and discovering how the game continues to evolve. Even for people who want to try maimai for the first time as well before moving to the DX machines, or even as a warm up!
(BONUS: The deals are great if this is your first time coming! You have a choice from $25 for another 25, $35 for an extra 50 and bigger + better :D
And, to make discovery for the maimai FiNALE cab more accessible, I recommend adding the location of your machine through Zenius -I- Vanisher's arcade/game location map.)
Edit 25 May 2026: I have added the location of Strike Bowling Macquarie as well as the Maimai FiNALE and Taiko No Tatsujin machines on Ziv.
Edit 7 June 2026: Lucky I came here, because they did a really good job at fixing the machine and the monitors work very good now! Appreciate it very much. It would be super cool if decorations were put around the maimai machine as well as I’ve never seen it at maybe any other arcades (of any franchise) I’ve ever been to, but this is more of a recommendation 😊

Our experience was absolutely amazing!
We had Amy as our host and she was very helpful. We had a lot of fun in the jailbreak escape room. It wasn’t particularly hard however it did have some challenges. We aura-farmed and slayed #clockittt.

I went here for a party and we went for the escape room, it was very fun and it took about 1 hour to finish. We were not allowed our phones or any device which was sad because we all wanted to film it as a memory. After we finished the escape room we went to get some food before coming back again to do bowling. We went to the counter and asked if we could do bowling and the lady said that we would have to wait 20 minutes, and we said ok and she said come back in 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, we come back and we go to the counter saying that one of the ladies who worked here told us to come back in 20 minutes for bowling and the worker says: “ Unfortunately, we don’t have any bowling lanes until 1 hour later, what the lady should’ve done before was take your names, we are sorry for the inconvenience” So we decide to do golf instead. Turns out it is about $16-18 for golfing which is kind of expensive, apparently the course is supposed to take like an hour but we ended up completing it in a total of 10 minutes. What an absolute scam and rip off for $16-18. Might come back for the escape room or bowling but definitely not the golfing.
