This Timezone is not as large as some of the others but has pretty good choices of items for redemption & haven't come across any issues with the games to date. They have alternate split level for their games area. There are two entrances to make it easy to access both levels from the outside and internally, two areas of steps between the split levels. Have always encountered amazing staff & biggest shout out to Elmo who is extremely friendly & helpful. He is always with a smile & extremely professional with any of the Timezone guests. He is an amazing representative for Timezone. This is 1 of the outlets I enjoy coming back from time and time again because of Elmo, prizes for redemption & games i enjoy playing.

I love Timezone. Staff are great, games are great. The issue is returns - we play to win. I have spent considerable $$ saving points to get better prizes. The results are very poor at best. The company could very easily get better prizes for redeeming points - but for some reason they don’t bother. Have you guys heard of Lego? Perhaps you could listen to this and take a look at the higher end prizes. More effect would be appreciated.

My 8 year old had an excellent birthday party at Timezone Macquarie on Saturday. We were the 9am slot, which is definitely early for a party, but the venue was very quiet and we were able to use the party table right from the start. Our party host Theerun was great with the kids and made sure everything ran smoothly. The venue doesn’t do food but, with so many supermarkets, food outlets and bakeries at Macquarie Centre, it was easy to pick up what we needed. We picked up some party balloons from Big W just before the party (pre-ordered), but could have skipped that because there was a nice balloon display already on the table.

We went on a wet Saturday so really busy. We normally go to Dee why. I personally had an issue that someone had put the wrong balls in one of the machines. I just don’t like that there isn’t enough monitoring for this to happen the place was mayhem. My son’s friend didn’t know it wasn’t the right ball as it came out of the machine (looking fine was the right colour) and threw it damaging some of the machine. I know it’s not the staffs fault about the ball but we were made to feel that it was ours. We go regularly and have platinum cards so have no desire to damage a machine we love. The place needs better monitoring if there is an element that purposefully moves the balls or staff that fill the machine with the wrong balls. We were then just left with the machine, no further checking of the rest of the balls and a second hard ball came out that thankfully my son spotted as incorrect.
