The place needs some serious tlc from the management. Battery operated toys are not working, magnet fishing rods don’t have their magnets so it’s impossible to play with, the “market” area is empty, they have a corner that says “hospital” but it doesn’t have any toys in it, the screen on the ballpit isn’t working, broken toys all over the place, I can go on and on! Basically, there are other better options in the area, like in Rhodes or Meadowbank. Don’t bother going on this one.

Fantastic Cafe for small children. It features a pretend play kitchen, supermarket, dress up area, Lego zone, slide and ball pit. You need socks to play including adults as no shoes allowed. Provided with a buzzer upon arrival and pay by the hour to visit. Food is expensive but fair enough as the children will have a lovely time here. There are lots of great food options for children. One plate is enough for 2 small kids.

We attended at 11am on friday 18th of July with my children. The place was manned with x1 staff member in total. No one cleaning. Children were absolutely disguisting hitting and kicking each other. One child had a face full of active school sores (impetigo) which is highly contagious and you're not allowed to be with other kids if you have it. Absolutely disguisting that the parents toom him to a kids cafe and absolutely negligent of the cafe staff for letting him in to infect other kids. 100% all kids will get infected. The department of health needs to be called! Disguisting. Want our money back. Never again!

Our experience was really bad. We have been in many indoor playgrounds but this one has definitely been the worst. Everything was very dirty and messy. Normally, there's staff constantly tidying up the different play areas, even cleaning, and even more so on the weekend when there are more children. Everything was thrown on the floor, broken furniture, broken toys (the projector didn't work; they had it on but it wasn't working, the refrigerator doors had a broken sign (kitchen area), ropes lying around that could have been dangerous for the children etc., etc., etc. The place isn't very big, but I've been to other much more organised places and with more toys/resources.

Honestly was so disappointed, we drove 30 mins and the place was so dull, spaces were empty and children couldn’t really use their imagination. My daughter who is 9 usually loves these types of play centres, and it’s a place where my 2, 3, and 9 year old can all play and have fun. But this play cafe in particular was very disappointing. Coffee was good though.
