This location is larger than others I’ve been to, and all the arcade machines were working perfectly and looked much cleaner than at similar venues. ★★★★★Had a fantastic experience with all the staff at TZ westhq, I planned a themed detective party and Alex did an excellent job providing the kids with riddles/clues/evidence that I briefed him on just 5 mins before the party. Alex was professional, kept the party room extremely tidy (kids would leave the clues on the table he would put away each time), clearly communicated throught the party and was a favourite with the kids. I would highly recommend hosting a party here, the facilities are Greta and the staff even better.

The booking process was easy, the food for both children and adults was great value and very tasty, the party room was extremely clean and our host Alex did a wonderful job. For close to 2.5 hours all the children were entertained and had a wonderful time. Food, bowling, arcade games and lots of fun to be had. Thank you!
