★★★★★We had our daughter’s 9th birthday at Zone Bowling West HQ. Highly recommended for anyone wanting their children to have an awesome time. The booking process was easy, the food for both children and adults was great value and very tasty, the party room was extremely clean and our host Alex did a wonderful job. For close to 2.5 hours all the children were entertained and had a wonderful time. Food, bowling, arcade games and lots of fun to be had. Thank you!

★★Ordered a pizza, 2 servings of nuggets (12 total) and a hot chips. $51.00. Took 30 minutes to come out (our game was over by the time we received them). Left our pizza under the hot lamp the whole time and I had to ask if it was ours and if I could take it earlier because of how hungry the kids were. Nuggets tasted like oil and onion powder, and were less chicken nugget and more gristle. Our three year old had one taste, scrunched up his face and refused them. Pizza was okay, but charging $19 for a bit of bread and cheese that goes into a roller oven is quite the overcharge. The chips. Also truly awful. Tasted like bad potato skins. Left 2 baskets of chips and 9 nuggets, took the kids elsewhere to get lunch. Extremely disappointing.

The atmosphere was great, Adrian was friendly and helpful, and the whole experience made his special day unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better host and venue. We’re already looking forward to coming back!
