The experience itself was fun and good, however the staff here compared to the one in Nowra are so different. In Nowra, the staff encouraged people that were less brave to do the course or who had reservations. They were really enthusiastic and assured everyone that if anyone needs help they'll come up. At the Sydney one, some of the staff were very unenthusiastic and also discouraged participants from continuing, saying things like "Ah I think they've done enough they don't need to do the next course." Felt like they couldn't be bothered doing their job. Either way, it's still fun and a good climb, but if you go with people that are scared of heights and need enthusiastic staff, go to the Nowra Treetops, not Sydney.

Good place to spend kids energy.....👌👌 The staff here were also extremely helpful and accommodating for everyone in our group of all skill levels.......👍👍 Nice walks of varying metres and a tree top walk....☺☺ You can do Birthday parties 🥳 🎉 So much parking is available there... Highly recommended for a good fun day out with kids......
