Ive been a couple of times and the last time i went with a big group of 25 people and had organised before hand for the platters for all and organised for what time we would like the food to be served and all i can say is their service was exceptional and met all my needs and made the day so easy and smooth especially having 19 kids with us. The staff were all so amazing and went above and beyond. Thank you for making it fun and easy to spoil the kids and ourselves with your delicious platters.

★WORST WORST WORST!!! Do not do a party here! It’s actually the worst. The cheese platter costs $50 there was only 1 Brie cheese and sakata crackers with hummus dip! The ice cream cake they charge you is $45 is from woolsworth that’s for $15! They don’t even put that on the website! We paid over $900 for a party package that was not even worth $100. Such a rip!!! Plus the host was barely there! 0 stars if I could !!

They hosted my nephews birthday, everything was amazing, especially the workers who assisted us with all that we needed. Also amazing to visit during the week. Would highly recommend

Lovely, attentive staff, special mention to Jane (hopefully got her name right) Really fun, love the light up slides and projector games and even massage chairs for parents to use. Nice selection of food (bit pricey though) Lovely to see them constantly cleaning also. Will be back again ☺️

★★★★We had a pleasant experience celebrating our daughter’s birthday yesterday. The party helper was kind and attentive, which we really appreciated. We're giving 4 stars because there’s still a bit of room for improvement—for instance, the reserved seating area felt somewhat congested, and also the microphone was difficult to hear at times. That said, everyone had a great time, especially the kids who truly enjoyed themselves.
