What an exciting day at Raging Waters Sydney! The park is packed with fun and thrilling rides — from heart-racing slides to relaxing water attractions, there’s something for everyone. The wave pool and lazy river were perfect for chilling out, and the bigger slides definitely got the adrenaline going! The place is well-maintained, the staff were helpful, and there’s plenty of space to enjoy with friends or family. If you’re looking for a fun day out with water adventures and great vibes, this is the place. Highly recommend for both kids and adults! ☀️🌊

We spent a full day at Raging Waters Sydney and honestly, it was one of the best family outings we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, the energy was vibrant and exciting — the park is clean, well laid out, and there’s something for absolutely everyone. The ride variety is impressive. We loved the thrill slides like the T5 and 360Rush — intense, fast, and so much fun. My partner and I took turns doing the big rides while the kids splashed around in the children’s areas, which are really thoughtfully designed with safety and fun in mind. The wave pool (“The Beach”) was a hit with all of us — a great place to relax in between rides and just soak up the sun. We were pleasantly surprised by the staff friendliness. Lifeguards and attendants were attentive, patient, and seemed genuinely happy to help, which made a big difference — especially on a warm, busy day. Lines for the rides were reasonable for a weekend; we did wait a bit for the major attractions, but it moved steadily and didn’t feel frustrating. Food was decent for a theme park — a bit pricey, but the variety was better than expected, and everything we had was fresh and hot. I recommend bringing a water bottle and using the refill stations — super convenient and helps avoid buying bottled water. We rented a locker and found the facilities to be modern and easy to use. Parking was smooth, and we appreciated that everything was well signposted and organised. I’d definitely recommend arriving early to make the most of your day — and consider a cabana or reserved area if you want a more private base for your group. All in all, Raging Waters Sydney exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect place for both adrenaline seekers and families with young kids. We’re already planning to come back next season — might even grab season passes next time. Highly recommended!

I went to raging waters at prospect. It’s a lovely place to go with the whole family. It has so many different things you could do. There is a world pool, different slides, a beach, dinosaur island. Plenty of water features and water areas for the kids. Lots of facilities, ice creamery, cafe, shops. Lots of areas to rest and relax. Lots of life guards. I just thought it was a very expensive $15 for parking, $65 for entry, frozen drink was like $10, 2 tiny scoops of ice cream was $10, chips were like $12 for a large. All the shops were very short staffed I waited 40 minutes for chips. Every time i needed something I waited a long line spent half my time there waiting in line. Should consider getting more staff for the food shops during peak days.

If you’re planning a trip to this park, here’s everything you need to know, starting from buying tickets to making the most of your visit. Tickets and Passes Always consider getting seasonal passes instead of a one-day ticket. A single-day ticket costs around $50, while seasonal passes are $100 and give unlimited access any day. Here’s the best part: during Black Friday, they offer discounts. I got a Gold Pass for just $72, which allows me to take a friend once for free with unlimited visits throughout the season. That’s a fantastic deal! Ride Strategy Be prepared for long lines—sometimes up to 1.5 hours for a single ride! The most crowded area is Tower 2, so I recommend starting with Towers 3 or 4, where the wait times tend to be shorter. There’s an add-on called the Express Pass, which lets you skip the lines. However, it costs $110 per person. If you’re going with a group, keep in mind that everyone needs this pass to ride together without waiting. Personally, I wouldn’t recommend it because of the high price. Tips for Groups Avoid going in groups of three. Most rides are designed for two or four people, so a group of three might have an awkward time splitting up. Also, if you’re in a group of four, make sure your combined weight is under 320 kgs to enjoy the rides together. Food and Timing During lunch hours, the canteens get incredibly crowded. Save time by bringing your own food into the park. It’s a lifesaver when the lines are too long. Overall Experience The rides themselves were amazing and thrilling! However, the long wait times took away some of the fun. At one point, we waited over an hour only to be told the ride was delayed due to an injury investigation, which added another hour to the wait. While the rides are excellent, the overall experience could have been better without the excessive waiting. I’d give the park 3 or 4 stars out of 5. It’s worth visiting, especially if you can plan your day well and avoid peak times (weekends)

Had our recent visit over the weekend on Sunday , it wasn’t a peak time (not public holidays or school holidays) so we didn’t have to wait for too long, maximum line we waited was 15mins. Had so much fun and even went on the same slides for two times ..spent a good five hours there , staffs were friendly. Only very unfortunate that my partners croc slippers were stolen (we don’t blame the park it’s not their responsibility anyways, but I do recommend people looks after their valuables) Overall . It was a good entertainment experience, would visit again in future(even though visited them manymany times in the past already)
