Chipmunks Playland & Café Prospect

The new management at this play center really deserve credit. What was once a tired, run-down space has now been transformed into a fresh, modern environment. They’ve added thoughtful touches throughout the facility that make all the difference. The updates to the play equipment are especially impressive—major thumbs up! It's clear they’ve put a lot of effort into creating a fun and safe place for families. Highly recommended!

I am extremely disappointed with the blatant double standards and racial discrimination I experienced at this establishment. While foreigners were allowed to eat their own food without any issues, my friends and I (who are Chinese) were repeatedly approached by the staff and told that we couldn’t consume outside food—even though we were **not eating at all**. We were simply holding a sushi bag that contained **clothing**, yet the staff kept harassing us while ignoring locals who were openly eating their own snacks, fruits, and biscuits. This clear **preferential treatment** based on race is unacceptable. A business that practices such discrimination does not deserve customers. I will **never return** and strongly advise others to avoid this place if they value fairness and respect.

My daughter recently celebrated her 6th birthday at chipmunks. It was such a smooth process from booking right up to the party. We had 2 party hosts Annabelle and Jacinta. They were very attentive and a pleasure to deal with! Thank you again!

We recently celebrated my son’s birthday at Chipmunks Prospect and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. A special shout-out to Alyssa, who stayed with us the entire time, she was absolutely amazing and made everything run so smoothly. Even though we chose the basic party package (the most affordable option), we were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond, and it never felt like we were on a “basic” plan at all. My son had an absolute blast, and honestly, so did all the parents! Thank you to the Chipmunks Prospect team for making the day so fun and stress-free. We’ll definitely be back! 🎉🧡

We went recently to check out the renovations and were super impressed! The under 5’s section is big with lots of fun things for the kids to do, my 3 year old had the best time there. There’s also a massive ball pit that’s lots of fun but not very deep. We had a look at the over 5’s section too and it was amazing! 3 levels with heaps of stuff to do. The whole place was very clean as well. We were there early on a Sunday and it didn’t really start to get busy until about 10:30-11. We ended up spending 3 hours there and my toddler could have stayed longer!
