Twinkle Kids Cafe

Out of town visitor, located inside the shopping centre. Was easy to find and access. Very reasonably priced entry , it is on the smaller side but very easy to keep eyes on the kids and the main attraction seems to be the cafe. Lots of people coming just to drink or eat while the children play. Staff were welcoming, training someone today. Common issues you’d find in play centres, but some broken equipment like the carousel and the Mario kart game (the Mario kart was still playable and didn’t bother the kids playing it). Overall affordable entry, small but easier to relax for parents while the children were pretty engaged with what was available.

Had the best birthday party for my daughter’s 5th birthday. Mitchell and team goes beyond to make everything perfect. The decorations, food and face painting was perfect. The place is clean and tidy. They pack everything afterwards and you don’t have to worry about anything. The food for both adults and kids are fresh and tasty. Definitely recommend.

The worst play centre I have ever been to!! If I could give zero stars, I would. Not only did my Child have to take off their shoes before entering, all of the adults have too as well, very weird considering that the floors are putrid, dirty and sticky, looks like they’ve never been cleaned. The play equipment is either dirty or broken or out of order, or has tried to be fixed with gaffer tape all over it. When you need to go to the bathroom, you have to put on disgusting slides which they provide because you’re not allowed to wear shoes but they are putrid and only one size fits most, tinea much, eew!!!!! Pretty pathetic considering it’s a fairly newish centre. Screws were missing off the play equipment, which is very dangerous. The entrance/exit gate doesn’t even open/shut properly. And even after all that disgustingness they want to charge $100 for a cleaning fee if you make a spill, what an absolute joke! Save your money go to either crocs or monkey mania, which are much better!

This kid-friendly café is perfect for children. I can tell because my child absolutely loves it and always has so much fun playing with friends here. The place is clean, well-maintained, and filled with a wide variety of toys that keep the kids entertained for hours. It’s a safe and welcoming environment where children can enjoy themselves while parents can relax. I highly recommend it for families looking for a great spot to spend time with their little ones.

We Took my grandson here as he love the one in Burwood . He loved this one to. Although it was very busy he still had a great time. I usually like to go during the week when it’s less busy. They have a large ball pit and slides and a small merry go round. They also have lots of other toys and dress up for the kids to enjoy themselves. Definitely recommend. Staff need to be a bit more friendly.
