We recently held a party here for my daughter, she turned 13. Overall I was very happy with the price paid and the experience we had. We booked it from 5-7pm and im so glad we did as we pretty much had the place to ourselves. It can get CRAZY BUSY during weekend days. I arrived at 4.30pm to set up and another party was there and the younger kids all had whistles......shoot me now. Took me back to the days of raves ha ha ha The staff were amazing and ensured we had everything we needed for our "room". On the ball when it came to clearing stuff away too and cleaning down tables when needed. The only slightly negative remarks I have are: * Only 4 pizzas included for the minimum of 10 people that you have to pay for. Great for young kids but for teenagers.... not enough. I reckon half a pizza per person paid for would be good. * Chips and lollies were included but I reckon 2 regular sized bags of chips were put out and a few lollies. I was glad I had brought extra bags of my own. * Ice cream cake was included which was enjoyed by all BUT they supply plastic spoons, you know the thin ones for stirring tea so they bent when you tried to scoop the hard ice cream. Overall all the kids had such a fun time and I would definately have a party there again if my kids wanted to

Nice and big with lots of space, nice art on the walls, and decent music. The trampolines are pretty big here which means that you almost never have to weight in line for things. You do need to purchase grip socks if you want to use the trampolines. You also need to sign a waiver before you go in. Spectators can go in for free. There is also an accessibility access ramp.

I took my kids there yesterday and could not get over how disgustingly dirty the place was yesterday! There was rubbish on very empty table, the tables hadn’t been wiped over so covered in crumbs and marks. There was a melted squished ice cream over one. The girls bathroom looked like it have vomit or poo in the sink, rubbish all over the floor. The other with no toilet paper or soap. It was just a mess and made me sooo uncomfortable. In the end I told the kids to hold on and we would use the toilet at home! I’ve never had to say that before!!! Also the trampoline spring covers were half off, everywhere my kids went, I was having to get on to fix them up. Staff all so young and just sitting around behind the desk. I was there for 2 hours and nothing was done until I politely asked for toilet paper and mentioned the sink. Surely they are walking around checking these things, especially the trampoline covers?? I wouldn’t go back purely because of this disgusting state it was in.

I hosted a birthday party for my children here. The organisation was great and the staff on the day were wonderful. Highly recommended!

I fulfilled a lifelong dream in this place, the ability to dunk the basketball after playing for over 15 years. I loved it. My daughter also loves it here in the kids area, a win win situation I would recommend they clean their fans however as there is quite the dust build up on them
