For example, my daughter was feeling down after having her arm broken by a bully, so we came to timezone to try and cheer her up. While here, we needed assistance from a team member named Kallum. While assisting us, fixing a machine, he noticed my daughters arm and got down to her level asking if she was OK. By the end of his conversation with myself and my daughter, she had a smile from ear to ear. Kallum was so kind, respectful and caring. My daughter tells everyone about the 'very nice man' at Timezone.
