My husband and I regularly visit the Shellharbour Timezone and today's service especially stood out. Both Cassey & Jackson were friendly, helpful and went over and beyond to assist us during our recent visit. Our 4 year old attempted a turn on the spin cars but after getting a bit frightened, Cassey helped with helping Myles off the ride and even helped us get a credit back as we were unable to complete this. A big thank you to the team! It was a fun morning and we will definitely be back.
