Flip Out Caringbah - Adventure Park

Definitely a fun flip out venue with unique experiences, and great staff support with multiple staff attending the different areas of the trampoline zones to organise the children to jump safely. Some parts chaotic but expected as it’s school holidays but the kids had fun. Would recommend

We recently celebrated my son's 7th birthday at FlipOut Caringbah, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We opted for a self-catered party and were blown away by the support we received from the team—especially Megan and William, who were assigned as our main contacts. They were incredibly helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The kids had an amazing time in the play area, and the pizza provided by FlipOut was a big hit with everyone! We were given ample time to enjoy the party, and everything was pre-organized so well that we could simply relax and enjoy the day. We had a few special requests, including a specific area and two extra tables for food, and the team accommodated all of them without any hassle. We also provided some decorations in advance, and they used them so creatively—it added such a personal touch and made the space look fantastic. Thank you to the entire FlipOut Caringbah team for making our celebration so memorable. Everything was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better birthday experience! Thank you so much...

We celebrated our sons 3rd birthday here yesterday and, to be honest, might just do the same again for his 4th! The place is enormous and great for kids to explore and get lost in. Party room was simple, but ample and our host, Jordan, was extremely helpful; there when we needed something and proactive in assistance and wrangling everything. Overall a great experience I'd recommend highly to other

Very impressed with Flip Out Caringbah, From making the booking to the experience & catering it was seamless. We are a vacation care group with a large of children, our host Jack was amazing. We found Jack to be a polite young man, he was very organised and helpful nothing was a problem. He checked in throughout our time at Flip Out to see if we needed anything. The food was served at the time requested and was hot. The children enjoyed the experience jumping on trampolines and playing on the equipment, there were Flip Out staff positioned throughout the venue for supervision which was great.

I usually don’t leave reviews, however, Jordan hosted my son’s birthday and we were really impressed with his eagerness to give us the best experience. You don’t often see great customer service anymore, but he really went above and beyond. My son had the best day!
