About This Venue

Flip Out Caringbah, on Parraweena Road, is a vast indoor trampoline park filled with wall-to-wall bounce decks, foam pits, ninja obstacles and a café for spectators. Bright party rooms and reserved tables overlook the action, so parents can relax with coffee while the kids launch flips beneath them.

Birthday tiers start with the weekday Mid-Week and Cool packages (90-minute sessions) and climb through Awesome (two hours) to the lights-down Insane Party at two-and-a-half hours. Every catered option bundles at least an hour of supervised jump time, hot and cold party food, cordial or water, an ice-cream cake, grip socks, printable invitations and a dedicated host; wristbands and temporary tattoos appear in higher tiers. Families who prefer to bring their own catering can choose the Self-Catered Party—1 ½ hours of jumping plus a two-hour table with no guest minimum. Deposits secure the date, and staff finalise numbers by phone early in the party week.

First time visit and the outfit and diversity great 👍 sadly I personally felt ripped off as I was forced to buy 3 pairs of their own socks ie company safety policy??? Even though I already had identical socks just not with their logo !!! Come on please don’t rip us off only then to notice other kids with different socks on - be fair to all !!! Obviously depends who’s on the cash register - be fair & consistent Also my 10 year old was not allowed in the 100-130cm area as she was slightly to tall yet two toddlers roughly 70cm where in this area ??? Please let all kids have fun we pay good money for it

My son had his sixth birthday party here today with 15 of his little friends and I’ve gotta say it was a complete success. Fabulous staff. I can’t tell you how amazing they were with the kids keeping them entertained and assisting with every need. And the food was amazing the ice cream cake was a hit! And the newly renovated centre is absolutely incredible. There is so much for the kids to do. Can’t recommend it enough for a birthday party.

My daughter absolutely loves coming to Flip Out, she has the best time and it’s so much fun for her. She’s 3 for reference. We love the playgroup/toddler time, it’s so wonderful for kids of a similar age to play together and not have to worry about them being run over by the big kids. The staff are great and I’ve only had positive interactions with them all. If you’re looking for something fun to do on a weekday definitely go! Weekends are a lot more hectic but still fun.

On the day our party host Jye was kind and a great communicator, telling us exactly what would be happening next and making sure we were ok. He also really looked out for our daughter and ensured she had the perfect day.

Staff were rude out in the trampolines, few things not working and a whole play area was sectioned of. Went into the arcade area and was disgusted to see one of their games was covered in mould and stunk (photos included of game and mould) Wouldn’t recommend
