About This Venue

Flip Out Caringbah, on Parraweena Road, is a vast indoor trampoline park filled with wall-to-wall bounce decks, foam pits, ninja obstacles and a café for spectators. Bright party rooms and reserved tables overlook the action, so parents can relax with coffee while the kids launch flips beneath them.

Birthday tiers start with the weekday Mid-Week and Cool packages (90-minute sessions) and climb through Awesome (two hours) to the lights-down Insane Party at two-and-a-half hours. Every catered option bundles at least an hour of supervised jump time, hot and cold party food, cordial or water, an ice-cream cake, grip socks, printable invitations and a dedicated host; wristbands and temporary tattoos appear in higher tiers. Families who prefer to bring their own catering can choose the Self-Catered Party—1 ½ hours of jumping plus a two-hour table with no guest minimum. Deposits secure the date, and staff finalise numbers by phone early in the party week.

We had my son's birthday party here last weekend, and it was amazing! 🎉 The room downstairs (Room 6) was perfect, nice and cool, super spacious, and I loved that the kids could run around freely without worrying about the stairs. Harper was our party host and Elena was the Manager on Duty both were absolutely wonderful! So kind, attentive, and made everything run smoothly. The pizza was perfect for the kids, and everyone had such a good time. I always come here for casual sessions or other kids’ parties, but this was my first time hosting one myself, and I absolutely loved the experience. If I could change one thing, I’d just add 15 more minutes so the kids don’t have to rush with the food and cake, but I guess it’s never enough time when they’re having fun! It was such a great day! Definitely a fun flip out venue with unique experiences, and great staff support with multiple staff attending the different areas of the trampoline zones to organise the children to jump safely. Some parts chaotic but expected as it’s school holidays but the kids had fun. Would recommend

We opted for a self-catered party and were blown away by the support we received from the team—especially Megan and William, who were assigned as our main contacts.
