Vitaland Kids Cafe Miranda

Everything is fine. We enjoyed our quality time there. Staff seems not friendly, not smiling or may be tired 🥱. But it is the place to play for tiny human beings, why not to be welcoming 🤔? For parents Suggesting to wear on own non-slippery socks for parents & baby . Atleast it could save some $.

Super disappointed, this cafe used to be great but today was dangerous, grubby, overpriced and unreasonable. We won’t be coming back, unless some changes are made. Toys were broken, or not working/no batteries (kitchen, where are the trolleys?, why is there pet squeaky toys in here?), costumes ripped, soft toys very sad.. my daughter kept commenting on things not working. Climbing frame was super dirty but also broken in areas and not safe. A mini cupcake was $5 and stale, and you can’t open your own snacks - which I understand they are a business but for fussy or restrictive kids who will not eat their menu this is unreasonable - so that is limiting and the sign is simply tacky. The sitting area near the play equipment is coming apart, and has drink dribble marks down the cushions and tables falling apart. Obviously normal grubbiness is expected, but this is beyond and needs a deep clean and for some things to be fixed. I did see a staff member cleaning windows at approx 11:30am.. but I honestly thought the place looked closed it was that bad - staff did not appear happy and there was no music - just a bad vibe.

No worth the $20 - no batteries in any of the toys, the place was grubby and some areas were so bare! They definitely need to close for some maintenance. Wouldn’t waste my money or time visiting again.

No customer service at all, this kids cafe is not recommended. They allow partial customers walk in with shoes even kids playing area when this is not permitted. The supervisor and staff all very unprofessional, reception area is unattended. The cafe is dirty and untidy, they even asked for a good review in exchange for free cutlery 😐

We live quite near this kids cafe. It’s clean and tidy. My daughter likes to play the train. There are different activities on special days.Good place for kids!
