We had my daughter’s 11th birthday party here which was absolutely amazing!! The girls had the best time but the highlight for me was the amazing service we were provided by Pawan, she went above and beyond to ensure the party ran smoothly, making and sure everyone was happy. I would definitely recommend a party here and even the venue was so clean. The coffee was also amazing!! The team here makes you feel like family, thank you so so much x Danielle

**Great Experience at Flip Out!** Had another fantastic visit to Flip Out recently and I'm consistently impressed with how well they maintain their facility. The place is spotlessly clean throughout - from the trampolines to the restrooms, everything is well-kept and hygienic. The staff continues to be exceptional. They're genuinely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their positive attitude really adds to the overall experience and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. What really stood out to me this time was the food quality, especially the chips. Even after sitting for a while, they stayed perfectly crispy and fresh - no sogginess at all! It's clear they know how to prepare and serve their food properly, which is often a challenge at entertainment venues. Overall, Flip Out maintains high standards across the board. Clean facilities, friendly service, and quality food make it a place I'll definitely keep coming back to. This place absolutely deserves a shoutout! I took my three kids here, and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we've made for a Manic Monday outing. My kids were very, very happy and had so much fun—you could see the excitement on their faces from the moment we walked in! What really stood out was that this is the first bounce park we’ve ever been to that has a dedicated parkour station! That alone made the experience unique and unforgettable. My kids loved it—and so did I, just watching them explore and challenge themselves in a safe, fun environment. The entire facility was spotlessly clean. From the moment we arrived, I noticed staff continuously cleaning, documenting the area, and making sure everything was well-maintained. It’s rare to see that level of dedication, and it gave me peace of mind knowing that my kids were playing in a safe and hygienic space. On top of all that, the park was generous with freebies—a great bonus that made the kids even more thrilled. And the staff? Absolutely fantastic. Every single one we interacted with was kind, attentive, and truly seemed to care about every guest having a great time. In short, this bounce park in Gladesville is a hidden gem. Clean, well-run, full of energy and surprises. We’ll definitely be coming back soon—and bringing more friends with us next time! Highly recommend for families looking for a day of pure fun. 🎉

My child loved it here… At first I wasn’t sure if it was appropriate place for a toddler but I am glad I chose to take a chance and have a look. I found ample activities for my child to enjoy. Lots of variety with the trampolines and climbing structures. I attended a toddler play session on Mondays and found it to be the best time to bring my child so there are lots of kids the same size to play with/around. There’s a dedicated jumping space for the toddlers and kids under 130cm. My child particularly loved the AirBag. Absolutely loved it. Climbing structures were great height too so I could accompany my kid in it and supervise. Will be returning with our other small friends in the near future!

New place, great facilities and the staff are so friendly and attentive to the kids. Hey have a parkour area, slide, wipe out and air bags play area. There are also 8 party rooms and an area for little kids. Check it out it is right between the aquatic center and the gymnastics club
