About This Venue

Flip Out Penrith, on Batt Street in South Penrith, is a supersized trampoline arena filled with interconnected bounce decks, foam pits, ninja obstacles and a café for spectators. Glass-fronted party rooms overlook the action, so parents can sip coffee while the kids launch flips and races beneath them.

Birthday tiers start with the Mid-Week and Cool packages (90-minute sessions) and climb through Awesome (2 hours) to the lights-down Insane Party (2 ½ hours). Every catered option includes at least an hour of supervised jump time, hot and cold party food, cordial or water, an ice-cream cake, grip socks, printable invitations and a dedicated host, with wristbands and temporary tattoos added in higher tiers. Families seeking flexibility can choose the Self-Catered option—pay per jumper, hire a party table and bring their own food while Flip Out supplies the flips. A minimum of ten guests applies to catered packages, deposits lock in the date, and staff phone mid-week before the event to finalise numbers and payment.

Flip Out Penrith can Flip Off Traveled 2 hours with our 10 year old and 8 of his mates for his birthday...arrived at 12:20, updated the waivers and ended up with bands tagged 12:40. A few kids brought their own non slip, non approved illegal and apparently inferior socks... however were quickly red carded due to non compliance with flip outs FY26 P&L targets. We spotted 1 single unguarded table without humans on it, 3 pairs of small shoes hiding at the foot of the table. We watched, waited and byed our time...just waiting to pounce and ruin another families day. After 10 minutes and no one insight...we moved the shoes onto a chair and sat down with 9 kids, and 2 adults worth of crap, drink bottles, more crocs than the NT's and jumpers...so many jumpers. 10 minutes later, still on high alert (20 minutes into the session) a lovely couple came up and argued about the true and rightful ownership of the table...prior to asking how I could be so arrogant, I was considering giving them the table back...After politely telling them to flip off we attempted to watch our mob of unruly children embrace the elastically charged dopamine hit that is Flip Out but alas... Moments later, well before I was will to deal with red faced sweaty children 5 of the 8 (a swarm) kids came running back saying that their time was up, pointing to the 15 year old manager whom asserted thy authority. Flip me....needless to say I went down stairs, explained some basic maths to the apprehensive adolescent and solved the problem. Despite all the drama, kids had fun. 2 stars.

I would for sure not recommend choosing to go to the Flip Out in Penrith area as the experience that I had considering it was my very first time choosing to go to the Penrith area was a really disappointing, and not the greatest experience seeing how I was treated by the staff and don’t you get me wrong I totally understand that there are some days during school holidays that you would get an extra school coming past and it would be a lot busier than usual but not for when you have been told that they are all booked out up until 11:00am session, and saying to them that you are here now and you are willing to wait around, to come to find out that it had changed to the 12:00pm session after being there since first thing in the morning. It was the lack of understanding, and communication by the staff that one in particular would rather not mention a name put other words in my mouth. A very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

I understand that you have a policy regarding wearing Flip out socks, however when my child was told his non slip sock were not policy, all good however please ensure all children are enforced with correct socks. I saw many other children whilst visiting wearing incorrect socks! Same rules for all would be fair.

This place is fantastic if you want to wear your kids out and get them to bed early. My Grand Daughters loved it. The food is good at a decent price.

The place didn't have the aircon on when we went there and the notice was placed outside after making a payment. Staff also acknowledged that the aircon was not functioning and upon raising with the manager and owner, they didn't admit and no refund was offered. A credit and slushy was offered as compensation...
