We had our son's birthday party here very recently and he and his friends had the best time. Not only do they get to choose two cool activities (we chose ninja warrior and laser tag) to do but the staff set up the party room (tablecloths, plates, cups, napkins and lollybags) so all you have to do is bring in your own cake and food (they also have an option to provide cake, balloons etc). I want to make a special mention to our host Harry, who was absolutely amazing with the kids! He got them all involved, was enthusiastic and really put in so much effort - other parents also commented how great of a host he was. Thank you to Harry and the staff for making our son's birthday memorable!

PCYC Penrith Gymnastics has been an incredible experience for my daughter. Since joining, I’ve seen her grow tremendously in confidence and resilience, not just in gymnastics skills but in facing challenges with a positive attitude. The supportive coaches and encouraging environment have helped her push through obstacles and celebrate her progress. Beyond the sport, she has built long-lasting friendships with other kids, creating a strong sense of community and belonging. This gym is more than just a place to train; it’s a place where kids develop valuable life skills and meaningful connections.

My daughter has absolutely loved being part of the PCYC community. We recently left another gymnastics gym in Penrith and we haven’t been happier. The atmosphere at PCYC is positive, encouraging, and feels like a real community. Management is always accessible, easy to speak to and take initiative. Thanks PCYC for providing a great space for our children to thrive and excel ❤️

My son and niece were both really excited to attend a trial class, and they had a great time during the session. However, we were extremely disappointed to be told after the trial that there were no spots available - despite clearly informing the admin staff of the day we needed before booking the trial. Plus they have no waiting list apparently. This lack of communication was very upsetting, especially for my niece who left in tears after being excited to start. It felt like the staff had no regard for the emotional impact this would have on the children. To make matters worse, the manager (who also runs the boxing class) was rude and unapproachable when we raised our concerns. It's clear that some serious improvement is needed in both customer service and internal communication. We suggest you reconsider your management and front desk team – families expect to be treated with respect, especially when children are involved.

Had a great experience with young coach Amy, Was very respectful and a beautiful lady to talk to would recommend her to coach anyone’s kids in the future.
