Scram Escape Rooms x Prison Island

We went for an 18th. It was the Birthday Boy's choice. It was our first time there. It was awesome! Lem, our game master explained what to expect, how the rooms worked and answered all of our questions. I will definitely recommend Scram, Penrith!

This place is even better than we expected! We had the best time at Scram Escape Rooms! The rooms are incredibly well set up – you can really tell how much thought and detail has gone into designing each one. The puzzles were challenging enough to really get us thinking, but still fun and satisfying to solve. Every clue felt purposeful and clever, and the rooms were immersive from the moment we stepped in. The staff member (Jess) was friendly, helpful, and made the experience even better and was on hand to offer tips along the way. We had mixed ages in our group from teens to adults and we all enjoyed it. A venue we will definitely visit again 😊

The plague room was a great challenge, pretty scary but super fun! As someone who has done a lot of escape rooms I was really impressed with the amount of different rooms and locations featured and the decorations and ambiance was amazing. It was just me and my sister doing the room but it worked perfectly for two people as the puzzles were pretty linear. We had Charlie as our gamemaster and she was absolutely lovely, chatting to us before and after the game, giving subtle hints when needed, and even giving us a bit of insight into the behind the scenes of it all. Had such a good time and am excited to come back for the sorcerer's secret!

My husband and I went to Scram tonight. We’ve come before for the escape rooms but did the prison island experience. We had heaps of fun and the rooms were very interactive. Although there were just two of us there were enough rooms for the hour that we could do together. The staff member was really kind and helpful, he explained all the rules to us and at the end of the session checked in to ask what went wrong for an activity that we got 0 points in. When we explained what had happened he gave us extra time to complete the task as there was an issue with the room. We will definitely be returning here soon! Thank you

Did the Sorcerer's Secret room with 1 other friend. From the beginning, it was atmospheric and a good vibe, defintiely helped by our host/guide, Montana. Montana was a great help with fun banter whenever we asked for radio hints or needed something delivered (in wizard robes to maintain the illusion). I think we wouldn't have had as much fun, and felt MUCH WORSE about asking for hints if not for her friendly attitude. The room itself was well dressed, and had a lot of really immersive artwork / design. The actual puzzles were varied and a good challenge (the room was rated medium) though we were highly motivated! I think a larger group of the recommended size of 4 would have no problem and require fewer hints than us, but the second section is a killer for most people, including us, apparently - we made it with 10 minutes to spare though! Make sure you don't miss taking the notepad to help during any number or letter puzzles - though Montana / your host is always happy to deliver. Overall a really lovely experience that we're lucky to have in Western Sydney, and actually a really good date night or probably for a teen birthday party if you're looking for something different!
