Scram Escape Rooms x Prison Island

Me and two friends were looking for something fun to blow time off. We called around 5:30pm to see if anything was open for 6, Jess, one of the employees, answered and was extremely friendly with questions while we figured out what we wanted to do. We were able to book over the phone with her, and was extremely friendly with us. When we arrived, we were greeted by Jess and Len, another employee. Both of them were friendly and playful, making us feel comfortable despite our late booking. While we were signing in, Jess, despite being off shift, still showed kindness to us before leaving. Len was friendly and playful during the introduction and throughout the escape room, making it more enjoyable overall. After, he showed us the prison escape and it resulted in us continuing at a discounted rate. At the end, Len was friendly and talking to us despite how late it was getting. Overall, both Jess and Len made it more enjoyable and made us continue our night with Scram. We do plan to come back, thank you!

What an incredible experience! This escape room exceeded all expectations. From the moment we stepped inside, we were fully immersed in the storyline and the intricately designed setting. The puzzles were brilliantly crafted—challenging yet logical—and they kept our entire group engaged and on our toes. Every detail, from the props to the atmosphere, was thoughtfully planned and added to the overall excitement. The staff were fantastic—friendly, enthusiastic, and gave just the right amount of help without revealing too much. The adrenaline rush as we solved the final puzzle with just minutes to spare was unforgettable! Whether you're a seasoned escape room enthusiast or trying one for the first time, this is an absolute must-try. We’re already planning to come back for another turn

I recently had the opportunity to visit Sydney and participate in the Sorcerer's Secret challenge with my Sydney Fam. We found the experience to be both enjoyable and engaging. The atmosphere was meticulously designed, allowing for clear navigation while preserving the uniqueness of each room's puzzles. Although we experienced some initial technical issues, Montana's prompt and effective assistance significantly minimized any delays. Montana demonstrated a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills. The puzzles present a moderate level of difficulty, making this challenge an excellent option for family groups with children.

We had an amazing time playing Prison Island at Scram Escape Penrith for the 3rd time! Dara was an amazing host walking us through one of the rooms we had struggled with! We can't wait to return with friends and challenge them to beat our scores! Highly recommended 5 stars!

Dara was an excellent choice of game/room master, she was incredibly observant and was able to identify when we struggled and when we needed some guidance. She was great at reading body language! And letting us know when we did a good job. Had an awesome time in the sorcerer’s room! First escape room ever and it was a great experience! Charlie was excellent at the front desk and Celina was very kind and helpful during the tour of the other rooms. Highly recommend as a first time experience! Thank you all for this!
