Little Amigos Penrith

Big thank you to the lovely Penrith team for my daughter's birthday party! I did a double birthday and they were happy to provide the half and half theme at the venue. The balloon decorations were inclusive with the birthday package. The playground was so clean and I was happy that they managed to tidy everything up prior to our private event. The food catering they offered was delicious! My guests gave many compliments and many took some home. I ordered extra catering on top of what was included in the party package. Thank you to the cook! The staff members were so kind and understanding. The supervisor was constantly in communication with me throughout the event and helped me to pack all the leftovers to take home. Lastly I would like to thank their admin Sven, who helped me to plan everything in the background. His email communication was very prompt and professional. Thank you again team for making my little girls day so fun and memorable.

We’ve visited this paid kids’ playground a few times, and the kids absolutely love it. The place is spotlessly clean, and even requires parents or guardians to wear socks, so make sure you have those handy if you don’t want to pay for the ones they provide, which come at an additional cost. The entry fee seems reasonable considering the location, but it’s an hour-long rate. One free coffee is included, and the rest of the food is as you’d expect—overpriced junk food that the kids love. However, there are a few issues that bother me. First, the bathroom facilities are confusing. There’s only one toilet, and it’s an adult-sized one. Everyone uses it, and it gets pretty messy and difficult to use when trying to have a four-year-old sit on an adult toilet. The other issue is the staff. They seem to have a chip on their shoulders and can be misunderstood as rude. I think this is more a cultural thing than anything else. Lastly, don’t bring outside food here because the staff will usher you out with your food in hand.

Went today with my little ones after a long time waiting for the prefect time to go. We went just after they opened so very quiet which was so lovely. It did get very busy after an hour and it being so small the kids are on top of each other. The place is spot less compared to lollipops and monkey mania, they definitely look after the place better though it’s still only new. I loved that the video games are free and not many so kids can focus on imagination play toys instead of screens. I think 1-2 hrs is enough especially when it gets busy! Only reason not for the 5 stars is a few things 1: they do ask to keep pram out but there is no parking outside for it safety, BUT, they let you bring it in if you need to. 2: it is very pricey 1hr of play is $15-10 for the child then $6ish for adults, I do not think you should charge for an adult to go in it’s like charging the parent to look after their own child. BUT you do get a drink voucher. 3: it is very small which is fine if it’s quite but if you have parties and families coming in it turns into chaos! It was chaos when we left a line very long to get in. Not sure if they cap it or not. 4: the shoe area there is no room there to put or take off shoes, if it’s lunch time and the food court is busy you will have to sit on the ground to take your shoes off, would be handy to have space for kids to take shoes off and parents, safely. All in all yes I would recommend this place to other families, yes I would come back but would not come back any time soon maybe on special occasions.

I went to the opening of Little Amigos Kid's Cafe with my 3yr old son and we had the best time. He loved all the different areas and although we were there for about 2.5hrs, he didn't get bored once and could have happily stayed there all day! We also had a delicious lunch. I love that they offer so much more than your standard soft play centre food. Fresh food, lots of options, healthy options, gluten free options and a great drinks menu too 🙌🏼

We recently attended the Little Amigos Penrith VIP Grand Opening, and it was an absolute delight! My kids had a blast exploring all the fun activities and engaging with the vibrant and interactive play areas. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable. The facilities were clean, safe, and well-maintained, which gave us peace of mind as parents. There was a great variety of games and activities that kept my kids entertained for hours. The event was well-organized, and it was evident that a lot of thought and effort went into planning every detail. Overall, it was a fantastic experience for the whole family. We can’t wait to visit again and highly recommend Little Amigos Penrith to anyone looking for a fun and engaging play environment for their children!
