The quality of the facilities is also very good, sturdy and durable, providing kids with safe play guarantees. The staff are warm and friendly, and their service attitude is very good. The staff patrolling in the playground, keeping an eye on the kids‘ situation at any time. Once a kid encounters a problem, the staff will come forward to help solve it in time. The staff will also regularly clean and disinfect the amusement facilities to ensure the hygiene of the facilities. My son had a lot of fun and said he would come again next time. I am very happy to find this responsible kids cafe in Penrith.

Highly recommended! We've celebrated our daughter's birthday here and have visited three times already—and we’ll definitely keep coming back. The place is always very neat and clean, the staff is friendly and cooperative, and the kids always have an amazing time. The food is great, the decoration was flawless, and the train ride is a definite highlight. A perfect spot for family fun and celebrations. Thank you, Little Amigos Penrith!

We’ve visited this paid kids’ playground a few times, and the kids absolutely love it. The place is spotlessly clean, and even requires parents or guardians to wear socks, so make sure you have those handy if you don’t want to pay for the ones they provide, which come at an additional cost. The entry fee seems reasonable considering the location, but it’s an hour-long rate. One free coffee is included, and the rest of the food is as you’d expect—overpriced junk food that the kids love. However, there are a few issues that bother me. First, the bathroom facilities are confusing. There’s only one toilet, and it’s an adult-sized one. Everyone uses it, and it gets pretty messy and difficult to use when trying to have a four-year-old sit on an adult toilet. The other issue is the staff. They seem to have a chip on their shoulders and can be misunderstood as rude. I think this is more a cultural thing than anything else. Lastly, don’t bring outside food here because the staff will usher you out with your food in hand.

Such a lovely kids cafe! The place is clean, fun, and perfect for little ones to play safely. The Chinese lady owner is incredibly kind and helpful. My 3-year-old accidentally wet her pants, and the owner kindly looked after her so I could go out and buy a new pair of pants. My child really liked her and felt very comfortable here. We’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
