From the initial booking over the phone right through to my daughter’s 4th birthday, everything was excellent and so well organised. Eesh.. this used to be my favourite spot to take the kids to loose energy, it used to be clean and well maintained.. WHAT HAPPENED??
Floors look like they haven't been cleaned for months, gate to the BABY play area broken and attempted to hold together with masking tape - seriously the metal is broken and is sharp! Dirt and grime everywhere, games broken or turned off.. everything is sticky, smelly or just gross...WE WERE THERE AT 9.20AM
You get 1 star for your staff being friendly but that's the only positive in the whole place.. I don't think we'll be returning

I used to think this place was 5 stars a long time ago but no longer unfortunately. Firstly parking now is much harder than it used to be with parking close reserved for something to do with the club. Staff aren’t super friendly and are hard to find. There was nobody letting us out and no balloon was given like they used to despite them still sitting there. I had to go to the cafe where they let us out. There was no enthusiasm. Staff should be easily accessible and look like they want to be there. Many of the arcade machines are broken or not working which was very upsetting. There’s a lot of repairs that need to be done like with carpet and the play areas. The bike area was locked for some reason. I don’t know why they couldn’t play on the bikes, as when we first arrived it was open but the machines in there you pay for on the weekends were sitting in the way. Not sure why they couldn’t be moved so the kids could play. The projector wasn’t on which is my daughter’s favourite. The place needs a good clean too so I worry about germs if crumbs and dust are so visible. The sound in the ball area is quite awful despite me telling my daughter don’t be scared, it’s truly horrible and affects my ears along with jump scaring me when turning on. I came here for my daughter’s birthday today and these things really made her birthday less enjoyable as she loves the things that were either broken or closed. Despite all of this the prices still stay the same.
The plus sides are it’s good for toddlers (when all things are working or open) and I can go in with her in the bigger sections. I give it 3 stars as my toddler likes it but as a parent I am aware of these things that really need attention and should be improved to ensure people return.
