★The parents did a lovely party for their kids. Our kids had a great time. However the staff here could not be bothered. Everytime you went to the desk all 5 were having a chat. No one was on the floor. There were no balls for bowling mid game so had to go find someone to help leaving my small child unattended. There is a slushy machine right next to the party room where cups that matched were on the table for the party. No sign above saying the price. No cups next to the machine. My son went over to fill one up a cup he got from the party table before a staff member yelled at us to pay for it. Another one of our sons fell and crashed into the desk and not one of the 5 staff standing there stopped their conversation. You could be on fire and they litterally would not even notice.
