Birthday choices mirror the wider Flip Out family: Mid-Week and Cool packages run 90 minutes, Awesome stretches to two hours, and the lights-down Insane Party tops out at two-and-a-half. Each catered tier bundles at least an hour of supervised jump time, hot and cold party food, cordial or water, an ice-cream cake, grip socks, printable invitations and a party host; wristbands and temporary tattoos appear in the higher tiers. Families who prefer to bring their own catering can book the Self-Catered Party—90 minutes of jumping plus a two-hour table with no guest minimum.
