Flip Out Revesby

I had my son’s party at Flip Out and I can’t thank the team enough! Everyone was absolutely amazing especially Mark, who was an absolute gentleman. He worked so hard, was incredibly helpful, and truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran perfectly. I really appreciate the whole Flip Out team for making this such a special occasion and ensuring my son had the perfect birthday party. We’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend Flip Out to anyone planning their child’s next party!

This place was disgusting. OHS hazard for children. Most of the surfaces in the kids play area were sticky and dirty. So much dust and dirt. Clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The Staff member supposed to be on duty looking after children bouncing was their phone the whole time for over 30 mins straight didn’t look up once with bigger kids running around knocking over little kids right in front of her she didn’t even notice. The number of staff for the number of guests doesn’t add up. Staff are young. Untrained and overwhelmed. Dont let your kids play here. It’s gross!

I was very disappointed with the service flip out Revesby showed yesterday morning. I took my grandsons to have a good time but instead we left being very disappointed. One of them was already in the system but we had to add the other one. Because I couldn't scan the code I had to complete the form on an iPad. We waited and waited. Three times one of the staff came to ask if we were there for a party or not. We advised them not for the party. They said they'll be back shortly but they kept serving other customers. Then they advised us to stand in queue they will attend to us as VIP so we did and instead she went to attend another customer in the other countrt. My grandsons got fed up of waiting so we left. You would've thought because it's school holidays and there's parties on that they would put on more staff but no. Only two staff. At one stage the line was up to the escalator. How ridiculous and appalling. No apologies. Nothing. Absolutely the worse service I have ever experienced.

Very dissapointed. My son has his birthday at flip Out Revesby on Saturday night. The service was absolutely disgusting. First they stuffed up my room. I was promised a large room as I had a very large party. The boy Marcus promised this on the phone if I paid in advance. When I got there nothing was set up. They said they couldn’t give me the bigger room because the guests were still in there( but when it came to my time slot finishing they made sure I left) I spoke to the manager and she said I’m sorry he told you the wrong information. I said I’m sorry but this is not good enough. They handed out 15 chicken nuggets and chips . I had 32 children. And when my guests had to ask they were rudely told there is non left. They would cut my cake they only cut 15 pieces and left the rest and said we are closing. I said well you should have done the cake earlier. That isn’t my fault.z they kept the toy monster trucks that were on the cake which was very disappointing and I’m just really upset with the way they spoke to my guests. I think they need to learn a bit of customer service and how to run a party successfully.

Flip out is located upstairs within the Club. We bring my grandson here are he just loves it. I find that if you come during the week it’s not too busy so the kids can have more fun especially the little ones. There is also a toddle play area and more. Caters for all age children and teenagers. Great way to get rid of some extra energy. It’s not too pricy so it’s affordable. I recommend.
